You will be given the keys of the front door of the building via a LOCKER located at the following address:

This address is at the door of the apartment.

A different method for pickup is available on weekdays, from 10am to 5pm. You can come pick up the keys directly from our offices on: SANCHEZ DE BUSTAMANTE 2320, 3RD FLOOR, APARTMENT B, Recoleta.

Luminous and comfortable Studio in Palermo neighbourhood, next to Santa Fe Ave. This apartment is equipped with a queen size bed (or twin beds). Kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven and a complete bathroom. Balcony. Perfectly located and fully furnished and equipped includes hairdryer and iron, telephone, Cable TV and WIFI. Easy access to buses and subway.

The apartment is located on Nicaragua St. between Arevalo St and Dorrego Ave.

Perfect location

I spent 8 days over New Years Eve in Buenos Aires. This apartment is in the best location! Easy to walk everywhere and tons is restaurants. The apartment was very cute!

Great neighborhood, cute flat

My husband and I stayed here for our week in BA. The location is great if you like a quieter, slightly more sophisticated neighborhood away from the noise. Convenient to subway and buses and lots of cafes in walking distance. Apartment is cute comfortable and stylish.

Weekend with sister in Palermo!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Palermo with Welcome2BA. The host was super responsive to all questions. Even when I lost the key they were very responsive in helping resolve the situation. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, and includes all necessary amenities and then some. One downside is it's very close proximity to Club Luccero. Friday and Saturday night it was quite noisy trying to sleep. This is a fantastic property and the host is amazing.

Great Palermo Place for an Extended Stay

I loved this place! The location in Palermo is unbeatable — close to a subway stop, grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, and easy access to the rest of the city. The unit was very comfortable and perfect for a longer stay (I was there for a month). It’s a great deal for the price.A few things to note: it was clean overall, though there were a couple of stains on the couch and rug. Also, there’s a bar next door that plays music late, but it didn’t bother me. I didn't need them, but it was nothing earplugs couldn't fix. The property manager was super communicative, and I appreciated the mid-stay cleaning. I’d absolutely stay here again!
