We had a fantastic weekend stay in this adorable little home with a beautiful back garden. Peaceful, relaxing, minutes from the zoo, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Would rent again!

Most well-equipped kitchen we've ever stayed in! Plenty of room for 3 adults, 1 child, 1 Christmas tree and all the gifts! Comfortable beds, large dining table, very clean house. Property is just a block from Bardstown Rd., convenient to everywhere else!

MUST SEE! Perfect location. Tons of restaurants, bars, yoga, and shops 2 miles in each direction. Close to Kroger! (a must for anyone) Nestled on an adorable suburban street yet within walkibg distance to everything. The coy pond and water fall was our my favorite. My mom, inlaws and I had coffee on the patio near the pond everymorning! The decor and overall vibe of the house was super cool and trendy. I can tell the owners really value detail and quality. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this Louisville home while celebrating our son’s college graduation. The house was perfect for the occasion - especially the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to host a small gathering after the ceremony. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy time together as a family. Unfortunately, the weather was cold during our stay, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the lovely outdoor space, but that just gives us an excuse to come back in the spring! We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Kitchen is stocked with everything thing you'll need to make meals. Neighborhood seems pretty safe. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The temperature upstairs stays pretty comfortable despite this being a really old house. To get up to the house from the street parking, there is a set of nice cement stairs. Street parking in front of the house was always available for us. The stairs going to the upstairs of the house are not level, and are a hazard for any person with mobilty issues. Main floor bathroom is nice and large enough. Floors were clean. They need to dust or spray for some spiderwebs. Good TV selection. We would stay again if we were in Louisville. We did not receive check in information until around 630pm on the day of check in, after messaging the property host on VRBO and calling VRBO for assistance. Check in was at 4pm.

Work stay

In Louisville for work. Needed a place for a month and found this gem. Lovely neighborhood, easy street parking out front, very clean and a furnished kitchen where we cooked meals most every night. We came in the winter so we only got to see the koi thru the ice. That blew my mind, I didn’t know they could stay alive under ice. I’ll have to come back in warmer weather. You should too.

Great House for a Great Trip

We had a great trip up to Louisville for a music festival last week and stayed here with our family of 6. The location was quite good, right off of Bardstown Road and was very close to the venue. The house was as we expected, very clean, and stocked with all sorts of little things you never remember you need until you get there. So while we never expect things to be provided at a rental house, it was great that they provided those things to get us through until we could get to the store. The back patio was a perfect for us and very relaxing. We found ourselves out there for breakfast and other times throughout each day. James was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
