The property was gorgeous and so much better than described. It was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoors areas were relaxing. Eleven of my cousins and spouses meet there for 4 days and loved it. Two large living rooms and 2 full kitchens. We had plenty of room to move around. It was about 30 minutes from most of the attractions that we went to see. Sadly, one of the guests left some clothing and the owner has stopped replying to my emails.

Beautiful Property

Absolutely beautiful and clean property! We had a ladies retreat here and all the ladies really enjoyed their time/stay. Especially the hot tub and many places to sit and relax. Had to contact property manager for a minor issue and he took care of it right away. Only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper left for us except the small rolls that were already there. 16 people for 48 hours….needs more TP

I almost gave less stars on the accuracy rating because I wasn’t sure how to communicate that this property was 10 times as nice as the photos. When preparing for my trip, I messaged the host regarding the ability to accommodate our group. Upon arrival, I was thrilled to see not only the size of the home, but the decor was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable, the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The outside are was perfect for our family to enjoy every minute of our stay. There was a tiny glitch with not receiving the door code in the check in instructions, but the manager immediately resolved the issue. Trust me, this place is fantastic!

Large family vacation

This is a beautiful home with lots of great features both inside and out! So much space for our big family trip celebrating my parents 50th anniversary. The kitchens were well stocked making it easy to cook some meals, but close proximity to the Shady Maple is also a plus! We were comfortable during our stay and would consider staying again.

Very nice and enjoyable stay

Overall very impressed with the house, amenities provided and communication with the host. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. Super impressive kitchen for a full family cookout.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious; location is convenient to Lancaster. We had welcome snacks and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. It was the perfect set up to accommodate 3 families for our annual holiday gathering.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible VBRO, and it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as described, if not better. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly attentive, providing us with thoughtful touches like a detailed welcome guide, local recommendations, and even a small welcome basket!The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and private. We enjoyed spending time on the spacious patio with a hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and feel right at home.I can't recommend this place enough! Great for travel ball group

We had 5 parents/players stay here while playing at Spooky Nook Sports Center. This home was amazing. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. So much room and the little “guest house” was perfect for our teens. We enjoyed the patio and hot tub. Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed.

Absolutely beautiful!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home! It was so clean and well equipped. They even provided extra outdoor chairs to sit around the fire and an extra table and chairs so we could dine together. Always got a very quick response from the owner when I had a question. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our family get together!

My family and I have stayed at several VRBO homes over the past years. Hands down, this was the best place that we have ever stayed. First - the pictures are accurate. I have stayed at some places where they haven't been. Second - it was clean. Very clean. The cleanest place we have stayed at. The host left us snacks and cookies - what a nice and thoughtful touch! A couple of things to note - two of the bedrooms require you to go outside (just a couple of steps) to get to. This wasn't an issue for us at all but if there are younger children involved, it should be a consideration. Another thing - there are two kitchens - one in the basement. This was fantastic for us - more refrigerator space. Parking was ample. The only reason for the four stars on location is because it is on a road that is well traveled. With this being said, however, I didn't notice noise from the traffic. Communication with the host was great - I reached out a couple of times prior to our trip with some questions and he was very responsive. We were there when it was cold so we really didn't use the back yard much and, surprisingly, we didn't use the game room but it is spacious. I highly recommend this property - we enjoyed it very much!

Lovely house, but document everything upon arrival

This renovated house is beautiful, bright and roomy. The house has a lot of open space, but lacks table seating to accommodate full guest capacity. It lists 7 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. And while this is true, it should be noted that 2 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath are on the backside of the garage and separate from the main house. Because there is not a key code on the back door, guests must traverse around the entire garage to gain access if the house is secured properly. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners provided K-cups, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The cleaning fee that was charged did not justify the level of cleanliness. But it may be because the cleaners were hurrying to finish when we arrived at 3:15. While the house was visibly clean, the floors still had crumbs and we were unable to use the hot tub because there was dirt and debris at the bottom, a heavy scum around the entire tub, and an empty chlorine dispenser. Also, the prior renters left dog poop in the yard by the patio, and left the grill on resulting in an empty propane tank (which the owner did replace). After checking out, we were notified by the insurance company of a claim for replacement of several items we didn't damage! (We believe it was done by the previous renters.) So, if you rent, I suggest you document EVERYTHING including contents found in drawers, closets, etc. as there is no list of inventory or condition upon check-in.

Excellent location! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well apportioned! It had everything you needed! There was 11 of us; My Sisters and Friends, and we all had plenty of space. The location was perfect for going to see Sight & Sound. We come up to PA twice a year. We plan to get the same house when we come back up in May!!

Beautiful house that was able to accommodate our women's retreat. There was plenty of room for our gathering time and meals. Plenty of places for us to have more fellowship time. Perfect place. The host was more than accommodating, too. There are absolutely no complaints. Everything was wonderful!

Our date of stay listed is incorrect; we stayed Friday Sept 5 to Sunday Sept 7.Overall, the listing was accurate, except that the two rooms behind the garage only has the 1/2 bath and people had to walk around the side to enter the main part of the house for showers.We were 14 adults and ran out of toilet paper sometime on the second day of our stay. There was no extra rolls of toilet paper in any of the bathroom closets, just the one roll in each bathroom. Repeated messages to the owner were unanswered and we ended up running to the nearest store to get some. No apologies from the owner on this matter!!An original Apple adapter and cable were left behind. The owner messaged me that the cleaners had seen it after we left and even gave me an address where I could pick it up and then 2 days later it was no longer there!!
