Newly built 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. 2 bedrooms, full bath and additional living space downstairs. Kitchen, open living, half bath and mater on suite with full bath up stairs. This 10 home community shares a pier with 10 boat slips and t-head at the end and a fish cleaning station. Pool is crisp and clean with a walk in incline. Parking for 3 vehicles or 2 and a boat.

Nice getaway

Beautiful property, steps to the bay, pier and pool. Kitchen and master suite are upstairs so just keep that in mind. Overall it was a wonderful stay with lots of conveniences. The balcony has amazing views. We had the chance to speak to Clayton and he was very professional and informative about the area and the property. Thank you for a great comfortable stay.

This was a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the sunset. I would definitely put this spot on my list to come back.

You can feel the Love!!

Our stay was AMAZING, you could truly feel the love and care that was put into the house. The kitchen and house was equipped with everything we needed. The house is located right next to the pool and beach the views & sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Communication with the host was top notch and they answering any all my questions promptly. Definitely going back again in August!
