This spacious split-level house is in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of room for 10 guests. Enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, and 3 additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. 2 single trundle beds are also available for the little ones. This home has space to gather everyone together or spread out and have some quiet time. Some fun features of this home are an outdoor fire pit, a pool table, a fenced backyard, deck with grill, and 3 smart TVs. 4 bedroom 3 bath home.


WELCOME to the Greene Peacock at Pine Wood! My wife and I have hosted this house on another platform for a little over a year now and have loved all of the great reviews that we've received! We do our best to ensure that the home is cozy and accommodating for our guests, and we hope to have the privilege of hosting you!

The MAIN LEVEL:

DETAILS:
-Each bedroom has a comfy mattress, cozy bedding, a closet and a dresser (or shelves), and a fan.
-The single beds are low profile (most suitable for ages 2-12) and the mattresses could easily be moved and put in any room desired.
-There are 3 smart TVs in the home and 1 more TV that only plays DVDs (we have a variety of kid and adult movies).
-Split level home, so it does have stairs. There are no steps to enter the lower level if you go through the garage.

The BACKYARD is private and fully fenced. The upper deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. The lower patio area has a fire pit and string lights. Extra folding chairs are available for your convenience and we also have corn hole boards (and bags) for your use.

The KITCHEN is stocked with your every day cookware and kitchen supplies. We have the standard appliances as well as a toaster oven, electric griddle, crockpot, drip coffee pot, and tea kettle. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, basic spices, and a variety of coffee and creamers, and tea are also provided. Help yourself to complementary marshmallows, skewers, and fire wood during South Carolina’s cool seasons.

Are you traveling with a BABY or TODDLER? We have a pack and play, highchair, baby gates, activity bouncy seat, bumbo, Little Tikes picnic table and playground for your use. Let us know if you would like these items set up for you. If there are any other needs please let us know and we will try to provide them.

The NEIGHBORHOOD is safe, friendly, and quiet. The home is inviting, clean, and organized.

This home is in a wonderful LOCATION.
-0.8 miles from Southside Park and Discovery Island Water Park
-4 miles from Main Street Simpsonville where you can enjoy the Exchange Company for coffee, Eggs Up Grill for breakfast, the Warehouse at Vaughn’s for a wonderful atmosphere while you dine, and the outdoor Ice Cream station for dessert.
-8 miles from Shops at Greenridge and everything else shopping wise on Woodruff Road, as well as trampoline parks, Frankies Fun Park, Dave & Buster’s, etc
-11 miles from Fairview Rd., Simpsonville
-15 miles from downtown Greenville where you can enjoy the gorgeous Falls Park, Children’s Museum, Swamp Rabbit Trail, boutiques, and more!

The peaceful comforts of home

Having stayed here before, we love and appreciate the comforts of this neighborhood home with easy access to Greenville and all it has to offer. The firepit is a big hit with our grandson who lives nearby. It has everything we need and hope to return before year end.

I have owned and operated a small general contracting business here in Greenville since 2006 building custom homes. We bought this 80's built home because of the wonderful neighborhood and its great location in proximity to Greenville, Simpsonville, and Mauldin. We both grew up in Greenville and we love this community! We have updated this home with a total makeover to make it comfortable and beautiful for all of our guests. My wife is a stay-at-home mom for our two children and also a cosmetologist. She has enjoyed making this home feel welcoming and functional for all that visit. We hope that your time in Greenville leaves you with good memories and hopeful expectations to visit again!
