COZY WATERFRONT COTTAGE WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS-PET-FRIENDLY

This 3BR/2BATH southern-style home is the perfect escape with its simple charm, cozy ambiance and rustic accents! Relax with a coffee (on us) and enjoy the bursts of sunlight from the sunroom or the newly added screened porch! If you stay long enough, you may get a visit from our friendly neighborhood geese! If you prefer to be closer to nature there is a veranda with seating, outdoor patio table, basketball goal and an outdoor fire pit. Upon request, we offer s'mores kits for the fire pit and fishing poles. This is a great place for families, or for old friends to reunite, or for the working professional needing a quiet space!

High speed internet is available as well as a ROKU smart-tv with access to Netflix and Prime in the great room and a television in each of the bedrooms also. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils and kitchenware necessary. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are also provided.

There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a walk-in closet that provides ample storage room for luggage and to hang your items. The master has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with dressers for storage and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed with dressers for storage. The soft, inviting beds have fresh new linens on them. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Provided for your convenience are clean towels, washcloths and complimentary travel size shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap.

Relaxing Getaway

The property is in a beautiful location for a nice quiet stay but close to main road for restaurants and stores. Neighborhood was perfect for my morning walks and home was perfect for my needs to spent some time with friends but also work together on a project.

We had an amazing Labor Day weekend here. There was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of beds and sitting areas both inside and outside. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out by the pond. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean and homey. Great neighborhood, we went for walks and runs in the neighborhood. Communication was great! We look forward to staying here again soon.

We only spent one night as we were enroute home but would have loved to linger longer in this cozy home with a wonderful porch and patio in a beautiful setting on a small lake serenaded by grease, frogs and other wildlife. Highly recommended!

Quiet neighborhood, nice pond and geese!

Very nice house in a quiet subdivision. Had everything we needed. Two porches was very nice. The kids fished in the private pond (didn't catch anything but the turtles had fun!). Very relaxing, very nice host. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything. The two televisions in the "guest" bedrooms aren't hooked to cable and don't seem to be smart tvs so they weren't useful to us. Bring a DVD player or something if you plan on using them for kids. We would happily return.

I have built this home over 30 years ago and it is a place that represents love and laughter and where most of my happy memories were made. I watched my children grow into strong, Christian adults, and have children of their own. The piano in the sunroom is where my grandson found his love for music as he was just accepted into the Juilliard Summer Program for high school students. The basketball goal in the backyard is where my other grandson became an elite basketball player, taking after his grandfather, and was recently named the winner of the Elks Lodge Hoop Shoot for the whole State of Georgia. The dining room table is where we have family gatherings, with women get keep busy baking in the kitchen, the kids grab a fishing pole, and the men strum their guitars. I hope you find my home just as relaxing and memorable as I have throughout the years. I look forward to sharing it with you!
