Modern luxury east side bungalow walkable to everything east Austin has to offer. This home is nestled in a highly sought after section of east Austin that offers both a quiet setting and short walk to restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops, town lake hike and bike trail etc... Best of both worlds. Low cleaning fee and NO check out instructions, you're on vacation, let us handle everything.

The single story recently remodeled bungalow is a quiet setting to relax, enjoy the private backyard space with private finnish style sauna or lounge in the open layout living / dining / kitchen space.
