BEACH BLOCK- 5 bedroom remodeled
Beach block, restaurants, boardwalk, water, park, miniature, golf, steps away. Very large, spacious all remodeled, five bedroom apartment. Can sleep up to 19 guests. Family Reunions , Prom’s, weddings. This is a Two apartment house. Each family has their own entrance and their private space. This unit has the back yard. Only shared would be the gas grill that Has to be a by law outside in the back yard. Families have always been considerate about using the grill. Limited beach passes and beach chairs available at the office. First come first serve.

April, May and June, our rates are per person a night.
Weekdays- 2 nights $60 per person a night
Weekends- $70 per person a night
There is a $50 per person cash security deposit on arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within seven days after check out
