Great Location!

We really enjoy staying on this side of the island. The bus stop is close and walking distance to the dockyard. The home was clean and our bed was comfortable. It was also nice having a laundry room available.

Family vacation

Modern and clean. Great space for our family of 6. Close to ferry and bus transportation. We were able to explore the whole island. Loved the location with the deck and patio area that you can get into the water at. Across the street is a short walk to the beach! So quiet and private off season! Only downside was since we stayed off season there were limited ferry rides only to Hamilton. We took the bus all the way to St. George versus we intended to use the ferry. Suggest stopping at the post office on the way in to get bus passes to be able to take the bus to the food store- 2.5 miles away. Would definitely stay here again!

Almost without exception the property was everything that i had hoped it to be. Found the listing on VRBO with only a few reviews which was a bit of a concern and they used a non-VRBO payment process which was also a red flag for me. But it worked out. In fact, the concierge service that they used arranged to deliver food to the unit before we even arrived as well as our travel to/from the airport which was clean and professional.The unit itself was quite spacious with high ceilings, effective climate control and lots of space for my 3 generational family to be in. Enjoyed the large living room / kitchen as gathering places and opportunities for take-out after a long day exploring the island. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Beds, towels, washer/dryer were all excellent - though the unit-specific washer/dryer aren't in the unit. Need to go outside to them. But so nice to have them! We used them on a daily basis (bring your own laundry detergent) The swimming / deck area was nice with three separate seating areas some of which were shaded. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was another guest who spent multiple days in the deck area smoking some very smelly cigars. That pretty much made that area off-limits for us. There is no non-smoking policy on the property so if you are sensitive to smoke, as some of my kids are, keep that in mind. We enjoyed using the driveway / grassy area for catch and sitting at the unit-specific outside table which was also lovely.
