Rustic house nestled alongside a gully carved into the hillside by a waterfall and creek that runs into the West River Valley. Tucked away on the outskirts of Naples, just 1.3 miles from the Woodville public boat launch! Bring your boat or kayaks for your lake adventures. If you don't have your own watercraft to bring along, the Smith Boys Marina, just 1.5 miles away, has rentals available.

Cozy up around the wood stove in the living room to watch TV or play games in the living room. The open kitchen is a great spot to gather while preparing your home cooked meals, or order out from a variety of nearby restaurants. French doors leading to the deck and yard beyond. Pull some chairs next to the gully to listen to the water flowing in the Spring and Fall.

Each bedroom has a desk so you can get some work done or take a private call. There is a spacious full bathroom on each floor. The 1st floor bathroom has a shower tub combo. The 2nd floor has a stand alone shower, antique style soaking tub with hand shower, and laundry closet with washer and dryer.

All linens and towels are provided. Concierge service is available for grocery, toiletry or Baby Gear rental deliveries.

Lovely place to stay

The whole house was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, serving and entertaining. The living room is open to the kitchen area with plenty of seating and a large TV with lots of channels to choose from. The beds were very clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms were also very clean. We also enjoyed the back deck in the mornings and the large yard. There are lots of local restaurants and shopping and some medical. Lots of areas to swim and fish as well. We really enjoyed our whole experience during our stay and definitely recommend this one. K.S.

Amazing location

Great location, Naples is the cutest town. Lake Canandaigua is beautiful and clean. Property was great, clean & comfortable. Had a couple concerns, but Amy responded immediately to address them. Loved the area.

We had a fantastic time here! It’s close to “mom&pop” local establishments. We were able to see the Northern Lights during our stay! Definitely a unique event, especially from us in Florida. Amy, property manager, was very attentive and helpful.

Family Wedding

Perfect for our needs. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean! Great location. I would probably suggest a better interface for the TV. Beautiful equipment but none of us (not even AV competent son in law) could get our I-phones to connect with it. The apps provided with TV were pretty much useless. It would have been nice to use it when we got home. The house could use more air conditioners as well. Second and third bedrooms were ovens. But other than that, lovely stay.

I'm sorry you didn't find the accommodations to your liking. We did purchase a new fire stick for the TV. Unfortunately, with the style of windows air conditioners don't work in those very well. We find when you run the upstairs air conditioner & have fans circulating the air throughout the upstairs during the day, it will help keep those rooms cool. Then you can open the windows at night for a nice cool breeze if you want the shut the doors for privacy.

Wish we could rate higher

The house is very nice and all furnishings are very nice and comfortable. However there were a few things that could be better. There was no ac which made for very uncomfortable days and nights when it got warm. The second floor was sauna like. When we arrived the lawn had not been mowed in some time and was finally a week after we arrived . The backyard is peaceful however the old unsightly chicken coop could be removed. There also was a minor ant issue in the kitchen area. Not infested but a few crawling around. The water pressure seemed low, and the water in toilets was yellow- brown in color- not very appealing. The water in faucets was clear. With some attention this place could totally shine. Despite the above we did enjoy ourselves and the location next to Naples and Canadaigua Lake is perfect

Thank you for the feedback. I do ask that we be notified immediately of any issues. We were not notified of any of these during your stay. We would have been happy to remedy most of these issues during your stay. The yellow water would indicate that the filters need to be replaced which we did when the cleaner went in after your stay and noted the water was yellowing. We would have brought by ant traps and followed up with the landscaper. I will certainly share the feedback about the chicken coop. Air conditioners have also been installed since your stay. I'm glad that overall you did enjoy your stay.
