Welcome to Sailing Winward. This two-bedroom, two-bath ground-floor condo is set with Aransas Bay views. You may never want to leave this little piece of paradise.

Located on North Fulton Beach Road and Aransas Bay has everything for a fishing vacation or just a relaxing getaway. As a part of the Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club, Guests can enjoy a 750-foot lighted fishing pier, boat ramp, boat slips, swimming pool, and a picnic area with a charcoal grill on acres of landscaped grounds. Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club grounds offer a swimming pool, picnic area with a charcoal grill, fishing pier, boat ramp, and boat slips. There is also an available laundry on site for guests.

Step inside this cozy condo where there is plenty of space to spread out for the week. Sink into the couch and unwind after a long day of adventures and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. Hungry? Retreat to your comfortable beds with fresh linens and fluffy pillows. The primary bedroom is set with a King-bed with an ensuite bathroom to make rolling out of bed a little easier in the mornings. Head upstairs to the second bedroom, where you will find two twin beds. A second bathroom can be found just down the hall with a combination shower/tub.

You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Austin Street and an evening walking along the water. Sample some of the Gulf Coast's freshest seafood at any of Rockport's finest restaurants.

More care to cleanliness is needed

Great space for our group. View of water was nice. Had to ask for the passcode to amenities as we didn’t receive it as we should have. Many dishes in cupboards had dried food still on them. Assume pulled out of the dishwasher that way. Overall we really liked the place would just expect property to be inspected before guests arrive including cleanliness of all areas. Very responsive to our concerns so appreciate that.
