Amazing property, plenty of room, the beds are comfy and the property mgmt company is very responsive. It’s a beautiful, quiet location. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. A great spot if you have children as there are plenty of amenities for them as well. You can’t go wrong!

We had a beautiful stay in this lovely home celebrating my mom’s 86th birthday and Easter. There were 10 adults and two babies ..and there was room for everybody, and lots of toys and things for the babies..for instance high chairs and table and chairs etc. we cooked a big Easter dinner and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Gorgeous views, gorgeous home. Air concierge was extremely accessible and helpful. The home had everything we needed, especially nice having kids items available. We had an incredible stay and enjoyed the sunset each night from the patio.

Amazing property with stunning views from every window. Peaceful neighborhood 20 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed spending time at the property more than doing touristy things around town. Not a surprise that this property has remained in your family for 60 years.

Awesome stay

Although there were some basic dents & scratches from traditional wear & tear, the overall stay was very enjoyable. The neighborhood is very quiet and I would definitely stay here again since it does provide luxury lodging as advertised. I am also grateful that they were able to host my group with such a short notice.

great location and view

We to have a short drive to Edmonds where we could shop or catch the ferry to the Olympic Mts. We were close enough to catch the lite rail into downtown and also several shopping malls. Able to take the lite rail to the UW and to the train station. The view was wonderful and made for a restful evening after a day of exploring.

Beautiful! Exquisite! What a beautiful property. We had a party of 8, and were able to take full advantage of 5 of the 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. We had plenty of space. The kitchen and gathering space were large enough to prepare dinners, and comfortable enough for everyone to enjoy time together without feeling on top of one another. The rec room and hot tub were put to good use. Sunsets off of the balcony were amazing! 5/5 would recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

Unbelievable!

This home was more than I expected! Incredible views, clean, and well stocked kitchen. The space allowed a group of 6 to enjoy meals together, play games and work, while enjoying the beautiful view of Puget Sound! Thank you for sharing your home with us:)

Team-building weekend

This property was perfect for our weekend! The bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, and overall space of the home was very ideal for my coworkers and I. Some were able to watch a movie or sports, nap, utilize the games and hot tub or sit on the outside furniture relax and read. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to do it again sometime! The only "complaint" was not being able to open a window in the downstairs queen bedroom for some fresh air at night but the fan was much appreciated.

This is a nice home to serve as a base camp for a multigenerational family vacation in Seattle. It sits on a lovely bluff overlooking Puget Sound and offers terrific views of the setting sun. The home itself was generally in good order on arrival except for the kitchen fridge; a modest unit with a door opening to dispense ice and water. That unit was inoperative, frozen and with water dripping onto the floor. We immediately called the host and were told…” the ice maker is not one of the amenities included with the listing, so we aren't able to guarantee that it will be operational”… They suggested we get a bag of ice. No one ever came to fix it. So, not the best host support we have encountered .The other issues with the house were mostly the kind that would be solved if one of the host team actually lived in the home for a few days. They would recognize the lovely rattan patio furniture prominently displayed on the web listing does not actually exist, nor is there any other furniture on that patio; that the deck furniture is too large for the available deck space; that the microwave mounted near the floor is next to useless; etc. All correctable things that an attentive Five Star Host would spot. More importantly, the air conditioning system is not capable of properly cooling when temps are in the low 80’s. The bedrooms will not cool down at night. With this A/C problem, the high summer rates are not justified. So,come for the view when the weather is cooler and bring ice.

Perfect Luxury Home!

The house was exceptional and the view was amazing! We had 6 adults and 3 children and had more than enough room for everyone. Every room was large. The internet was fine for telecommuting. We enjoyed every aspect and especially appreciated all the children's items (small dining table, high chair, plastic children's dining items, toys, and books). We stayed almost two full weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. We had two minor maintenance issues and the Air Concierge hosts were extremely responsive to ensure they were immediately corrected. No one from our family wanted to leave!

Had a great time. House is very very clean and the recent remodel shows. Gorgeous place, great, quiet location. Amenities that actually work like the hot tub and grill! Was exactly what we needed for a brief home away from home. Host communications were extremely prompt and helpful. Honestly can’t say enough. Thanks!
