During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The backyard is unfortunately off limits as this is part of the amenity of the cottage behind the home which is another Airbnb listing.

The Neighborhood:
Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, & historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central FL, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).

Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Interaction with Guests:
The back cottage is an Airbnb listing as well and you guys may see each other when parking but otherwise, completely separate and private. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out.
