We booked this home to be close to my daughter’s college. It was perfect and it was right down the road from her school. The hosts Carole and John were very accommodating and communicative with messages. The home is beautiful and the added touches of welcome wine and water/ear plugs by the bed are thoughtful touch. The towel displays were so cute! Like we were at a resort. I hope to book again in the future on our many trips back to visit our daughter at school.

Great location, we stayed for an event at the camping stadium so not too far away but not too close to where it’s loud. It’s a comfortable house. It could use some upgrades but not a huge deal. The bathrooms are connected by the shower which was interesting. Overall had a great stay!

Great stay. Charming property. Master room was a little hot but it was also brutally hot in Orlando. Hope to return soon.

Perfect for our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It is represented accurately in the listing and was clean and quiet. This is an older Florida-style bungalow with a big fenced-in back yard perfect for kids and pets to play in safely. It met our needs perfectly and was perfect location to get around Winter Park quickly!

Perfect respite

Our stay at this property was so wondeful. It was a last minute reservation and we had great communication with the property manager as well as a lovely welcome with snacks and refreshments waiting for us upon arrival. The neighborbood was quiet and felt very safe. The beds were so incredibly comfortable and the house was clean and very cozy. Additionally its conveniently located right off I-4 which made it easy to commute to other parts of Orlando.

Winter Park visit

It was great having a fenced in back yard. Our dog loved chasing squirrels & romping around in it. The location was convenient, although not walkable, to Park Ave restaurants & shopping. Would suggest possibly getting a couple of luggage stands. Would definitely rent again.
