Charming home

The location was wonderful. The walk to the Blue Jacket Park brought back many memories of my Boot camp experience. It is now a posh location close to many wonderful restaurants and short drive to downtown Winter Park.

40th surprise stopover

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped property with an old Florida vibe. Ideally located for a week with family. Bonus was the Halloween walkabout in the adjacent Baldwin Park neighborhood. A great time had by all family members.

clean and comfortable house

House suited our family well. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The pool was ready for us but the weather too chilly. We had my son's dog with us and there was enough grass that she could run a bit in the fenced backyard. I would recommend this rental for a stay in the Orlando/Winter Park area.

Spacious and great location

This was a great house for our family of 7. The pool was fun, the bedrooms were comfortable, and it was in a great location -- quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping/restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

Home away from home

I read all of the reviews before I booked this house and they were all true. This house is a gem and the owners, Gary and Stacey are very prompt in responding to any inquiries. This was truly a home away from home. LOVED the pool, all 4 bedrooms are comfortable and the house is in close proximity to Baldwin Park shops and restaurants. If I ever need to be in the Winter Park area again I will definitely book this house again.

Location

Beds very comfy and linens. Good kitchen, comfortable common areas. Sitting by the pool would have been a lot nicer if the dead leaves and plants had been cleaned up. Pool is not heated. Quiet neighborhood.

Very nice, clean home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Property owner was very attentive and responded quickly. The pictures on VRBO do not give the home proper justice! Thank you for having us.

Lovely, spacious home in a great location

We chose this home for a few reasons: 4 bedrooms, location, a pool and the ability to host a rehearsal dinner. The caterers had no problem setting up. The table expanded to seat at least 12 and there was plenty of room to gather and talk after eating. The location made it easy to get to the wedding venue and the reception. The hosts responded promptly to any questions.

Was a wonderful house to stay would stay again.

The house was everything we could have wanted. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and we didn't have to worry about them. The house was very accomidating . Comfortable and roomy enough for family to gather. Even played the board game that was there. Would definitely rent again if we came to Orlando. The owners were friendly and helpful. Overall the wedding was great and the house was wonderful. Thank you Gary and Stacey

Great Property!

We have stayed at this property twice in the past year and are scheduled again for January. We have family in the area and this property is in a very convenient location close to downtown Winter Park. This home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for my family, a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, washer and dryer, internet and a large yard with a pool. Stacey is very easy to work with and our stays have been flawless. We are spoiled now and refuse to stay in a cramped hotel room; we will continue to stay in this cozy home as long as it's available!

Cute house with pleasant location

Our stay was nice. The house was exactly as advertised, no surprises on arrival. The owner communicated well with us. Check in and check out were simple. The house is a bit older but clean and maintained. The pool was nice to use in the June heat. Lots of extra towels available. We had a party of 8 adults. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for preparation. The location was just what we were looking for as we wanted Orlando but not theme park. The area of winterpark is adorable. We really had no complaints. Being able to park in the carport is a bonus as the car didn’t get crazy hot in the sun.

Unplanned Family Trip

We had an unexpected death in our family and we had to book a stay in Orlando to attend the funeral. My family of 5 (kids ages 8, 10, 12) and my brother’s family of 5 (kids ages 1, 2, 4) stayed here together. Location is about 12 miles or so from Orlando international airport. The hosts were quick to respond to my inquiries about the property. Although it is not technically set up for infants/toddlers, it worked well for us. We were able to order a booster seat and pack-n-play online and have it shipped to the hosts’ address. They took care of the items for us and had the packages in the rental house upon arrival. They made it easy to do a late check-in around 9 pm since one family was flying in from out of state. One of the bedrooms is very spacious and has an attached bathroom. We brought a queen sized air mattress and set it up at the foot of the bed. 2 girls slept in the bed and 2 girls slept on the air mattress. The pack-n-play was set up in another room and the baby slept in there with my brother and his wife; my husband and I had another bedroom, and our soon had his own room. All kids loved the pool! We brought a baby float and 2 puddle jumper lifevests for the little ones. The house is extremely well stocked. Lots of towels, washcloths, etc… plenty of dish soap, laundry det, dryer sheets. Hall linen closet had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We did cook a few simple meals and had everything we needed in the way of pots and pans. Full sized washer and dryer were wonderful to have! We took a walk to the East Market just a few blocks away (2 and 4 year old had no problems walking to and from) and tried the Gideon’s Bakery cookies. Location of the house was perfect for us. Many shops and restaurants close by. Target within a couple of miles with curb side pick up. Hosts were fantastic to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Perfect location and has everything needed to stay comfortably. Easy to remote work and also vacation and enjoy the many things to do close by! Lovely fenced back yard with pool. Very relaxing!

Perfect Choice!

When searching for a rental in Orlando, don’t pass this one up. It may be an older home and not as flashy as some for rent out there but it was a gem. Perfectly located close to all we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and awesome pool. Stacey even irons the sheets! 🤗 Gary and Stacey were perfect hosts. Very good communication, very easy chain/out process and welcome basket full of goodies. Will definitely rent again if ever in the area. Thank you Gary and Stacey for a very memorable experience.
