The house was clean and comfortable. We brought along our pets and hosted a party. Lots of areas for guests to sit and talk. If we had a question about anything, Juan was just a text away.

Wedding Weekend

Casa Winter Park had everything we needed and more! Great location with shopping nearby and close to downtown Winter Park! So much space to accommodate our large family. Every bedroom has a en suite bathroom, perfect for privacy. The large family room, kitchen and pool/backyard was amazing to entertain family before and after the wedding.

Lovely home-away-from-home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Winterpark and especially appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, which made it feel more like home — a nice touch around the holidays! The street is a bit busy and it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is comfortably elegant and VERY live-able and the backyard is incredible! We would definitely stay there again.

The property was better than advertised. The kitchen was great to cook in and the pool was a delightful way to cool off. The back yard and dining room had ample space to entertain our family during the Easter holiday.

All the Comforts of Home

The home is very nicely appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of space and nice amenities. Had a great stay. Only recommendations would be to supply more face cloths and instructions for TV. Everything else was great! Thanks very much.

Nice house for the family and more!

A hidden gem! Very spacious! We needed a place big enough for our family and a baby shower, this home was perfect! The inside was very spacious and was complete with everything we needed, and more. The fenced in backyard gave a feeling of seclusion, wonderful! The kids enjoyed the pool and playset while the adults enjoyed the pergola setting! Our contact person was quick to respond, polite and friendly too!

Great set up for my family

Property was clean and well maintained, for example the furnace and fridge filters were all new. This is frequently not the case in these rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a lot of little extras on the property that I appreciated. The outdoor pool area was great. It was perfect for our needs. I’d stay here again.

Wedding Stay

Our family stayed here for a wedding down the street. Location was excellent for us. The whole home appears to have been recently and tastefully remodeled. Wonderful layout! 4 bedrooms, ALL with a full bathrooms! 2 KING ROOMS! Absolutely loved the back yard with seating for all and a pool. Owner was very helpful. We've stayed at many other homes in the past and this was the best by far! The photos are very accurate. I highly recommend this home!

Juan’s property is beautiful, with high end appliances and furnishings and every possible thing you might need in the kitchen. The mattresses were all comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. We had 7 family members, with three generations aged 6-70 staying for my daughter’s wedding in Winter Park, so the well-equipped laundry room was a huge plus, as were the four bathrooms! Everyone enjoyed winding down in the beautiful backyard oasis and relaxing in the pool the day after the wedding. The property is right off a busy road, and there is some traffic noise, but it wasn’t extremely loud inside. It was nice being so close to Publix. The kids really enjoyed the artwork and learning to play dominoes! I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect for gatherings

I rented Juan’s place for my daughter’s college graduation. We hosted a party for her and a teammate. This house was PERFECT! Size, location, yard, and everything needed to host a celebration! From the outside, it’s neatly kept, but unassuming. When you walk in, it opens up and is huge! My entire family (grandparents too) comfortably stayed together without being on top of each other. Juan was speedy to respond and super friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Beautiful house.

This is a beautiful house, much better than we expected. It’s fully stocked with everything you’d possibly need. There’s 4 bedrooms each has their own bathrooms and tv(my kids loved this). There’s a huge backyard with a pool, and playground. I give 4 stars because we did see a decent amount of cockroaches, my dog tried to eat one. My son freaked out and would only sleep on the top bunk of the bunk beds because he saw cockroaches in the room he originally planned to sleep in. the second reason is I had to reach out to the owner 2 days before our trip to get check in information as no one thought to send it earlier as stated in their rental agreement. Then I found out there is a $250 pet fee which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing or in their rental agreement. We booked this house on 8/30/21 and listed on the reservation that we will be bringing a pet so I felt blind sided by this huge pet fee just 2 days before our trip.

Last minute $250 pet fee

Two days before we were due to arrive I was informed that I was required to pay a $250 pet deposit for my Maltese dog. I was told if I did not agree to pay the fee that our reservation would be canceled. I asked if we could split the fee, but he was unwilling to do so. The owner did call me back the following day to tell me that I was correct and his VRBO listing did not list the pet deposit and he was making a correction to the listing at that time. I would have NEVER rented a house with that high of a pet deposit. There were other homes that we could of have rented in much better areas. This was the third VRBO that I had rented for this year, I am not new to vacation rental policies. We had family flying in from Wyoming and Arizona well as Kentucky. I had no choice but meet his demands and to pay the $250. Upon reading the guest log, the pet fee was only a fraction of what I was charged, something that I did text the owner about to let him know that he also needed to update his guest book. The house was nice, but we had to call and request wash cloths and extra towels, as well as request a missing shower curtain. The grill was unusable, and the pool was not cleaned the entire time we were there. I would never rent from this man again due to the last minute outrageous pet fee and his unwillingness to compromise, especially since it was his oversight on his listing. Renters beware!

"I had a great experience renting this house. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and everything I needed was close by. The landlord was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process stress-free. I'd definitely recommend this gorgeous house to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Inside/Out

The inside of this property is excellent being well appointed and equipped. The layout is also well designed.The outside has in my opinion one major issue- the gate to access the inner, more secure parking area. The gate is completely nonfunctional and honestly more trouble than its worth using. You have to hand open each side of this 2 piece swinging gate in opposite directions and prop them open with a brick or stone. Plus the latch to secure both sides is almost unusable. Some of the outside spotlights are out which is an easy fix. Traffic noise in the front bedrooms could be an issue for some however a 'white noise' sleeping device is provided to soften the impact.We would stay here again if the gate was completely replaced with a modern, code accessed, remote opener.

Fit our purposes

We looked for 3 bed, 3 bath with pool in Winter Park and this fit the bill perfectly. The house was well equipped, kitchen well stocked with newer appliances and dishes, pots, etc. Hair dryers available as well as washer, dryer, iron and iron board. The house was reasonably clean if you didn't look too closely. The beds were comfortable and the pool was greatly appreciated in the unseasonably hot weather. Overall, we were pleased with our choice and had a great stay. There was a bit of a leak problem on the showerhead and toilet in one of the bathrooms, and the floor of another shower was weirdly not grouted, but none of this affected our comfort, or we would have pursued this with the caretaker.

WP Wedding weekend

place was great had every amenity. there was everything you needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels, etc. pool was great. I’m just perfect location for a wedding in the area. would definitely come back and recommend.

Family get together

Booked this VRBO as we were having a family get together. It was perfect for all our guests who stayed and those who visited for the day. Plenty of space the the backyard gazebos were a perfect place for all of us to enjoy evening with a firepit and games. Host was great when I had some questions. Louise
