Summary:

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The backyard offers a pool with waterfalls, hot tub, grill, 3-hole mini golf, yard games, patio seating and lounge chairs. Inside we offer several spacious sleeping accommodations, huge TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and a home gym. Our unique home is in the heart of Altamonte with shopping, restaurants, and activities very close by. Orlando attractions are just minutes from the home, as we are conveniently located next to i4. Come stay with us!

The Space:

The master bedroom boasts a King Bed, 65" TV and an on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity, bathtub, water closet with shower and toilet, closet, and a makeup vanity.



The guest room has a queen bed with 47" TV and closet. The bunk room has four twin bunk beds with 47" TV and closet.



The main living are has an 85" TV, LED fireplace, ample sofa seating, a futon, and a dining area that seats 8.



The backyard has a large pool with waterfalls, hot tub, 3-hole mini-golf course, cornhole, patio furniture and a grill.



The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, new appliances, and a cloud ceiling.



The garage has been remodeled into a personal gym and laundry area, with dumbells, resistance bands, washer and dryer.

Exceptional VRBO Tropical Paradise - Altamonte Springs FL

Had an exceptional family vacation staying at Tropical Paradise in Altamonte Springs FL. Grandkids and family enjoyed the great outdoor features with pool, golf, & bags. Well-equipped and nicely decorated house had everything we needed for celebrating Great Grandma's birthday weekend!

This house is an amazing little retreat! It had everything we needed, house was clean, organized and easy to navigate and Brent could not have been more accommodating and easy to work with. The convenient location was also such a great bonus!

This was a great week long vacation for me and my adult children. We loved the pool hanging out in the pool and it was quick and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Only negative was the parking. We had 3 vehicles (my kiddos had their vehicles too). That was a little tight. But the house was great and very clean. Check in was very simple. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely vacation here again.

The property was just as pictured. Everything was marked from light switches to drawers so you knew where everything was. The pool and lawn serivce is great. The housekeepers could just pay a bit more attention to animal fur and hand prints was the ONLY drawback. Laundry service is nice and equipped. The neighborhood is going through updating and is centrally located and quiet. Neighbors say hello. The guests always responded and quickly. Would stay here always when coming to town.

Overall, this was a great home base during our time in the area. The large living/dining area allowed for lots of hanging out in the same space. The backyard with pool, grill, and corn hole was also a hit. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken during our stay; that was a bit of a disappointment. (the host did try to repair it, but it could not be fixed during our stay). The decor is fun, the beds were comfortable and we appreciated how everything was labled and easy to find/use. I do feel like the hosts tried to think of all the little details to make it a great vacation spot.

Other than dog/cat hair everywhere, the overall property was very impressive. Although, contact with the host was extremely poor. I was told I could extend an extra night but then told last minute somebody else booked the day we attempted to stay, due to the host not competing the process on their end. We asked 17 hours in advance to extend the stay and was told yes, just for us to not hear any response from the host almost a whole day later. Will never be staying here again

The house we stayed in was very lovely and the weather was impeccable when we were there. The home is located a short distance from an amazing Italian restaurant called Cafe Murano and a half hr from Orlando. Our host responded quickly when I had a question, and I forgot my computer and they contacted me right away and luckily we were close by to come and get it.
