This villa is centrally located in East Winter Park just off 436 between Aloma and Howell Branch Road with easy access to the Casselberry, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, and the Oviedo areas. Convenient to Winter Park Hospitals, urgent care facilities, Full Sail, and UCF. There is a two-car driveway, a covered patio in the back, and use of a community pool. Walmart, Publix, Costco, Target, and many restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. Orlando airport is about 20 to 25 minutes south on Semoran Blvd. (SR 436).

Our host Yuki was always responsive and helpful. The house was very comfortable for our family of 7, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was at a fair distance from UCF which was great as we went for our daughters graduation. Will stay here again.

Winter Park

The location is in an established part of Winter Park in a quiet neighborhood. The home is a nice 3 bedroom, with one of the bedrooms on the other side of the house providing for more privacy. The is parking for two cars in front. Overall a nice place to stay.

Superb stay!!

The location was perfect. Super clean house - we totally appreciated the little extras. Comfy beds, perfect amount of space for our family. I spent quite a bit of time in the house as I worked from home some while we were there. Quiet neighborhood, very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to respond to any questions. Will be back every year for our daughter’s competition and want to book this property every time! Yuki is super sweet!

Unit is advertised as being in Winter Park. It is not in Winter Park, it is in Castleberry. It has a mailing address of Winter Park. The unit itself was very clean, however our next to last day there a large cockroach walked across the floor and disappeared under the couch, which was concerning to my wife. Other than that it was an ok experience.

We stayed at this property for 3 months while my husband worked in Orlando. I was thrilled that I could bring my plants and keep them outside. (I'm a master gardener and refused to come without my plants.). Yuki was extremely quick to respond when we encountered a problem and Mike the handyman was super friendly and a hard worker. I don't have any photos but I do of my plants that I stored out front!

Clean and quiet

The stay was nice! The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Our only issue is the title states "with pool." The pool was a community pool, and the pool was "Closed until further notice." We were not notified of either of these situations.
