The house has been completely renovated from top to bottom, featuring a new kitchen, new vanities, new fixtures, new flooring, fresh texture, a newer air conditioning system, all new paint, and new appliances to you that new home feeling. Additionally, you are 25 minutes from Orlando's most desirable Theme parks Disney World, Epic Universal, Universal studio, Island of Adventure, and many more. 20 mins to downtown, 40 minutes to coco beach, 40 mins to NASA, 20 mins to Wekiva state park/springs. We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great experience. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group.The location was perfect. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do, but the area itself wasn’t overly congested, which made it really relaxing to come back to at the end of the day.The owners were wonderful and very accommodating with anything we needed during our stay. Communication was easy and they made everything simple from check-in to check-out.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Casselberry area.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway was provided, and the host made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. The only thing I might suggest is adding a coffee maker, which would have made mornings even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Nice house, newly remodeled and painted, new appliances. Missing a few things but owner will be adding soon: no coffee pot, no toaster no hangers (but owner brought us some), no wine glasses. Nice quiet neighborhood.
