With views to the ocean and to Brickell Key, this one-bedroom condo (which includes a futon sofa bed in the living room) is uncommonly well equipped, including its kitchen and walk-in closet, refined furniture and complements, design tableware, high-quality linen and towels, two large TV sets, -one Smart- (watch 100+ channels including HBO and Showtime as well as Netflix, Prime, Hulu...), really fast and free Wi-Fi (100MB), full-size washer/dryer, Italian cabinets, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero and Bosch, as well as solid black granite counters. Design and cleanliness are of the utmost importance to us.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner.

We also include two bathrobes -to go to the wet and dry saunas-, towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner and hair blower.

Brickell Avenue 1 bedroom condo

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Facilities are great including 3 swimmingpools and a Spa Communication with management was outstanding. Questions promptly answered. If you plan to use a rental car than I strongly recommend using the parking space in a nearby garage that is offered at an extra daily cost. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance in addition to the option of shopping at Whole Foods supermarket which is also in walking distance. I can recommend renting this apartment without hesitation. Just know that the location is downtown Miami and situated in the heart of the Financial District hence busy with traffic and occasional noise.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful place. Clean, comfortable with a beautiful view. I would book this place again. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking. The Icon doesn’t have daily rates just hourly so it cost a lot if your going in and out. You can look for parking other places around but it can be costly as well.

Very clean apt - nicely organized.... nice view..walk to many restaurants....also nice walk to Brickell Key... and to Baywalk for sightseeing boat...ferris wheel etc...perfect getaway..

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
