We’re a 10 minute drive from Fontana on Lake Geneva and a 20 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Consider this home your next best stay, your new family tradition and your best memories to come!

Such a fun lake day getaway!

We had so much fun on the lakefront! The living area views are unmatched and the home layout was so easy to keep everyone together or split off for some quiet time - a truly wonderful home. The host was wonderful with quick response times to any questions and providing us with extra necessities!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Fantastic views over the lake. Great decks and patio, huge grill, great hot tub, and awesome fishing from the dock!

Quiet getaway on Lake Delavan

Great home on Lake Delavan. Quiet and private with great views of the lake. At end of road with no neighbors on one side of house. Perfect setup for grilling out on deck and enjoying hot tub on private side of the house/deck. Had everything we needed for a nice summer getaway.

Week End at Delavan Lake

My children grew up spending week ends at Delavan Lake with their grandparents so it was very special returning here for a week end getaway! We spent a wonderful week end at this property. The views were unbelievable, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and the outdoor space was fabulous! We spent most of the week end on the gorgeous stone patio! We would definitely return for another wonderful summer weekend!

lake get away

I booked this for 7 girls as a weekend getaway. The property was beautiful with plenty of outdoor space available to enjoy the lake views. The house was clean and comfortably slept everyone. Response time with the property owner was quick and all of our questions were answered. I would highly recommend this! Can’t beat being right on the lake.

Great time on the lake!

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay over the weekend. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy some relaxation, time on the water and great company. The location of the house was great and it's on the quieter end of the lake with a great view of the water. Thanks for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Amazing views!

We had a golf weekend up in Lake Delavan/Geneva and stayed in this property. Awesome place with great views! After 36 holes it was great to come back and jump in the hot tub and waking up and seeing the lake was amazing. The deck and patio spaces make the house feel bigger than it is and having no neighbors to the side of the hot tub was nice for privacy.

Great house for a family getaway!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The boys loved having their own bunk room and also enjoyed reading time in the loft, they got a kick of out of being up there. The house was stocked well with towels, kitchen utensils and the outdoor space was amazing! I highly recommend this house. The owner was very communicative and helpful with questions!

Family Weekend

The house is amazing and had our needs covered. The kids enjoyed jumping off the pier, fishing with their cheetos and corn on the cob, the hot tub and the bunk beds. Our family had a great weekend at the house and enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Lake Getaway

This lakehouse is great for a family weekend. There is ample outdoor space, a hot tub, fire pit, and a beautiful view of the lake. There are 3 bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms is a loft that is not suitable for small children or older adults. It requires you to climb a ladder, and crouch down to the bed. It was easy to work with Ellie, and the line of communication was always open. Would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking views and wonderful home

We had our four daughters with us and LOVED our stay here! The views from both decks and patio are amazing - from coffee on the deck in the morning and then ending the day in the hot-tub in the evening. The dock on the lake is beautiful - lots of stairs so better if you’re fit. Ellie was wonderful to work with, the place is so airy and bright, and beautifully decorated with nice furnishings. The 3rd BR is a loft and only accessible via a ladder - Maybe not appropriate for Grandparents : ) Yes, it’s worth the splurge! My whole family will remember this one for a long time.

It exceeded all my expectations

I simply can't say enough about this property. First and foremost is the view the second you walk in. Breath taking doesn't do it justice. It's mesmerizing and impossible to look away from. We literally spent all of our waking moments on the deck or in the living room chairs staring out at the lake. Unbelievable. Ellie, the property manager was a dream to work with. Check in and check out were flawless. She added a personal note and some house snacks that were above and beyond expectations. The rest of the house was ridiculously charming and well cared for. We spent some time in Geneva as well as Delavan. Both charming and quaint. Worth every penny!!!!

Great Spot for Quiet Lake Retreat

Week-long stay for quiet family getaway. Party of 4 - Mom, Dad, 17 and 20 yo boys. We enjoyed the home and location was great. Quiet end of the lake and property is bordered by undeveloped land on one side which added to tranquility. Lake view is amazing, with wall of windows. Plenty of outdoor deck space to relax on 2-level deck. Really enjoyed the hot tub overlooking lake. Ellie was great with communication and advance questions and very responsive and efficient check-in. Great grill large enough for multiple items. Loft area with King bed was good for young folks (requires a climb) but older visitors will want to claim the main floor bedroom. Bunk room was good spot for boys and the adjacent tv/family room area gave them their getaway space. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and essentials for in home cooking. The property is well maintained and is a family-oriented place in a quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly what we needed for a quiet getaway not too far from our IL home. This allowed us to visit another world and see if “lake life” will be a longer term lifestyle choice for our family. Great advertisement for Lake Delavan lifestyle.
