We had a wonderful stay! The house was awesome, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the sunrises every morning and couldn’t have asked for better weather! Kyle the host must have pulled some strings to make sure the weather was in our favor!! It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make great memories. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was well kept up and comfortable. Well furnished with 2 nice sitting areas in the living area and comfortable bedrooms. It is not directly on the lake, but there is a lake view and a short walk to the lake. Quiet setting. Great air hockey and foosball in the lower level!‘Would stay again!

Very nice property. Clean spacious and well appointed! Host was very easy to work with and our kids loved the loft sleeping area and the game room in the basement. My only complaint is that the location of the dock was not very clear - we thought we had located it from the pictures but were later told that it was not connected to the property we rented and they could not tell them which one it was.Great views and a nice quiet location.

The entire house was in immaculate condition. The number of bathrooms, the comfortable beds and numerous options for sleeping arrangements, the kitchen, grill, outdoor seating…. All of it made this the perfect house for a big multi-family gathering for our trip.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

Had an absolute blast staying here. Was a great location close to the yacht club, the Inbetween and our friends houses. We cooked in every night which was easy and great for big groups. Plenty of beds and baths. We rented a boat nearby and were able to pick our crew up at the pier. Kyle, the host was super communicative. We can't wait to come again next year!

A weekend of lake fun and forever memories!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house! The location is absolute perfection being close to all the fun Delevan Lake has to offer (lake fun, bars, restaurants, ice cream shop). All the kids had a blast swimming off the pier and making so many amazing memories! The decor of the house is something you would see in a magazine, everyone was inspired for their own homes! The property was impeccably clean and well maintained. If you have some time and want a place to stay with family and friends, do yourself a favor and book this house!

Wonderful house for a girls getaway

This was a great place for our group of six senior ladies. The home was recently built, and everything was clean and in good working condition. Plenty of hot water for all five bathrooms! The mattresses were plush and comfy. We loved the large family room and kitchen - what a great place to relax and catch up with each other while enjoying the beautiful views of the lake! The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, perfect for long walks. But also a short drive to shops and restaurants. It was our first time at this property, but we've rented from Kyle before, and he's quick to respond to questions at any time. We would love to stay here again!

The house is fantastic and is even larger than it appears from the outside. It has been completely renovated very recently in a very thoughtful way. The elevation of the house also provides a fantastic panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding area. The kitchen as well appointed and has a great open area with the adjoining living room. The modern bathrooms are great with several being en-suite. We loved our stay.
