Steer Clear-Property Manager NOT Nice
Unfortunately we are leaving our first bad review. Primarily because of the way we were treated by the Property Manager Elaine, very disrespectful, dismissive, & condescending. Upon arrival, we were greeted with poop left in a toilet for what must have been several weeks & smelled the entire top floor. We contacted Elaine immediately who apologized and said she would "let housekeeping know". Because of the smell, my husband cleaned it and responded to Elaine that her response was disappointing and not what we expected from spending a lot of money for (2) nights. She then offered to refund us an insulting amount for the toilet and sent her housekeeping team to re-clean it. The kitchen was also not clean with coffee stains all over cabinets and counter. We then called Elaine and were told to "get over it" and "move on". We were dumbfounded by her response and lack of concern. Next we found "brown stains" all over the white bath towels-which we don't want to guess where those came from. Then all of our clothes were covered in white dog or animal hairs...so I don't think the place had been vacuumed either. We tried (3) times to reach the owners to talk this through and were told by Elaine they were "aware" of the problem and did not want to speak with us. We were told they would not communicate with us further hence our first bad review. This was most upsetting bc it really put a damper on our weekend getaway..it's all about the people you have to deal with - kindness matters...
