We truly enjoyed our week long stay in this gorgeous and spacious home. The furniture and decor are impeccable. Everything that you might need for a short stay was provided by our hosts. The fun activities available for kids and adults (pool table, air hockey table, putting green and corn hole) are a real bonus, especially if you bring kids along.When you step into the backyard it truly feels like you are entering a beautiful tranquil desert oasis. Everything about this outdoor setting was very well-maintained simply fabulous!Stacy was always very prompt, gracious and helpful in our communications. We look forward to returning to this super comfortable “home away from home” next time we are visiting Goodyear!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the pool and hot tub, the game room and the neighborhood/proximity to the lakes and nearby hiking. The home was very well stocked with plenty of towels and dishes/cookware in the kitchen! We loved the extra special touches as well! Thank you for a wonderful spring break!

Great Property/ Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay! The owners were helpful, the house, pool, backyard, neighborhood, the nature- roadrunners, quail, ducks, birds, the nearby paths around the lakes, the local hiking and the neighbors who helped with dining recommendations- contributed to a great vacation!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! The home was spacious, clean, and perfect. The pool and backyard were a dream and we spent a lot of quality time enjoying all it had to offer. We appreciated the fresh flowers, kitchen goodies and house essentials that made this rental feel like a home. We hope to be back!

Guys golf trip

Quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way from the main amenities but did have a strip mall close buy with a grocery store. Back yard is great, bed and rooms were great, nice pool table as well. Equipped with all the essentials! Would stay again!

Great location

Everything about this house was wonderful. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but is still close to the freeway and lots of good restaurants and shopping. There were plenty of towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, glasses, etc. We really enjoyed the pool table. We hope to stay here again next year for spring training.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The place was even more stunning in person than the pictures could capture. The backyard is a true gem—much larger and more inviting than it appears online. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The owners were incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They made our stay so comfortable and hassle-free. Perfect family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Stacy was very responsive with any questions we had. Backyard space was a dream with heated pool, hot tub, putting green, outdoor kitchen and gas fire pit. The neighborhood had multiple access paths to Estrella Lake. Great place to take a walk and watch the sunset! Would definitely recommend to others!

NASCAR getaway

If you’re going to any event at the Phoenix Raceway, this house is so perfect. There were 6 of us that came out for NASCAR weekend and this house was PERFECT! Very spacious and the pool was awesome for the pre race party and the jacuzzi was perfect for the post race recovery. Thank you Stacy for being an awesome host! See you again next year.

Ultimate Relaxing Vacation Home

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with just a two-minute walk to a beautiful walking path around two lakes.The house is very clean; the beds are comfortable; the amenities are perfect! (There was even an air fryer.)Stacy is an immensely thoughtful and helpful host.We would’ve given this home more stars on the rating if they had been available…it is a five (plus) star rental in all categories.We plan to stay here again next year!

Great house, great stay

It's a great house and the owner was very responsive. Unfortunate that the pool was not heated because it was not the time of year to go into an unheated pool, so we couldn't use it. The shower was also cold, but owner turned up the hot water heater after we told her about it. Back yard is amazing and very comfortable.

Another great experience!

Overall our second time at this property was great. The kids did not want to leave like last year. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the shower and kitchen area. A reminder to the house cleaners to make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned. We still highly recommend this property. The property manager is super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and spacious. We loved the hot tub and this quiet neighborhood. The beds were also very comfortable. We had great access to a local park as well as the grocery store. Though I was told the pool person was to arrive the day we got there, I found myself skimming the pool quite a bit that afternoon. It did not look like it had been cleaned which is my only issue. We ended up buying our own individual k cups for coffee because there were not any single servings. We appreciated the toiletries like small tubes of sun tan lotion, mouthwash etc…

Hi Kristin, thanks for letting us know about the pool. The problem sometimes is it can get pretty windy and debris gets in the pool fast, even after it was cleaned. However I will also check in with the pool guy to ask about this. Also we do usually have a few ok cups to start you out (I’m wondering if our new cleaning crew did not do so). I will make sure they know to put some starters out for future guests. Overall I’m glad you like the house, its convenience, and the comfy beds! I hope your travels home were safe, thank you.

Dream getaway

We were all pleasantly surprised that walking into this home was exactly like the photos and even better! The interior was a perfect size with a great choice of decor. There was ample amount of towels and household items for our family. They even had extra toiletries incase you forgot something and a welcome bowl with snacks, coffee, water bottles & juice in the fridge upon arrival. The yard was huge and you felt like you were in a magazine. The pool & hot tub were a huge hit for the family. It is a super quiet neighborhood. The sunsets were spectacular. We highly recommend this home and we look forward to booking again!

Perfect! Felt like home.

This property was perfect for our vacation of three couples. It was exactly as the pictures online. We all walked in and felt comfortable and right at home. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with nice quality bedding. The kitchen had lots of room for seating and was well equipped. The outdoor area was fabulous! The location was in a great quiet neighborhood just a short drive from restaurants and Safeway. We loved how close the house was to the lakes with all the walking paths. Stacy was a wonderful host and was quick to answer questions. We will definitely be back for another vacation soon.
