The space was what we needed for a large group, and Richard was a very attentive host. He helped me schedule an extra day with ease.

The house was a little better than a backpacking place. The fixtures were rusted, door locks were coming off and blinds were broken and some of them including the ones in the master bedroom couldn’t be opened or closed. We had to be in a master bedroom whose blinds were broken incomplete and couldn’t be closed or opened so we had to get dressed in a tiny bathroom where there was insufficient light. Wall shelves were broken and the microwave was sooo rusted and had paint bubbles that if I post a pic you will throw up. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING (we knew that) but being unable to open and close and windows made it hell on a warm day. The yard had trash bags from previous renters (I presume) some of which was strewn in front of the front door. There aren’t enough beds for 14 at best for 9 with cheap mattresses to be put on the floor for 2 more (who hopefully are not over 5 ft 9 inches). The light was constantly flickering in one bedroom so those guests couldn’t turn it out without getting a seizure. The floors were so dirty and the bathroom didn’t have any mats so if you showered and walked out with wet feet, your feet would be covered with something like black soot. Some bedrooms didn’t have mirrors, paint was peeling off some walls. It was terribly insulting to have our guests stay there but we were a big party and couldn’t move anywhere else at such short notice. We moved our a day earlier. ABSOLUTELY HATED THE STAY!!!! I have pictures and videos of all this
