If you decide to stay a day in the beautiful part of Amsterdam Oost you will find great restaurants, shops and the famous city zoo Artis. This apartment is ONLY available for families. Great Stay

We loved our stay here. The apartment has so much character and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Justin is very easy to communicate with and provided lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend.

Perfect Amsterdam stay

Characterful flat in a typical house with steep stairs but great views. Easy to get into the centre and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Recommended!

Authentic and Lovely Home

A very authentic and attractive Amsterdam apartment that provided a satisfying sense of neighborhood life. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Convenient to public transportation and neighborhood amenities. Justin was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions.

Wonderfully Amsterdam - Embrace City Life!!

If you’re looking to dive into life as an Amsterdam resident, look no further! This lovely 2-story apartment on the top two floors of the building was an awesome place for my family to stay during our week in Amsterdam! Justin made check-in a breeze, even accommodating an early check-in with our early arrival flight. The neighborhood has groceries nearby and plenty of amazing restaurants (for us adults) and parks (for the little). The nearby tram made navigating the city easy. All in all this was an awesome place to stay, and I will definitely return with our family when we get a chance!

Great stay in Amsterdam

Was a great stay and great flat. Location was good about 45 min walk to downtown but nice eclectic area around the apartment. Was nice to have sleeping area and living quarters in separate spaces. Only trouble was getting up and down stairs (with luggage only) outside of that perfect! Lastly, communication with Host was great through app and WhatsApp! Thanks again!

Super stay

We spent a lovely 3 days in Justin's apartment in Amsterdam. It was in a lovely area, convenient for trams to get into central Amsterdam with nice cafes/restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Justin was great at providing information about access to the apartment (all done via an app) and checking all was ok once we were there. The stairs into the apartment are very steep (typical for Dutch houses) but you get used to them!

Wonderful flat - fully furnished. Groceries near by and restaurants. 35 min walk to conference centre - amsterdam rai. Excellent public transport.Locks by Nuki App bit fiddly. Two flights of steep narrow stairs to be aware of. Very comfortable.Good value.

A beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. The area around is not touristy but has great public transit and plenty of good restaurants and shops. Beware of the stairs though: they are very steep.

Super stylische Wohnung. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Schöne Lage. Tram Haltestelle zwei Minuten weg, genau wie die Supermärkte. Alles tipptopp. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

This was a great home base for our family’s time in Amsterdam, and the apartment was very well suited for us with our 12 & 17-yo kids. Great helpful communication from the host, and the place was very clean & comfortable. Highly recommended for families with kids around 8.

Super Wohnung

Wir haben einen Familienausflug mit 3 Teenager nach Amsterdam gemacht. Die Wohnung war dabei ein super Ausgangspunkt. Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür, die Kpche mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Den Teenagern hat der Plattenspieler besonders gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Phenomenal stay

We absolutely loved our stay there! The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative. The place was very clean and conveniently located close to the tram. The stairs are typical of Amsterdam—tall and narrow—so they might be a bit challenging for kids or anyone not used to such staircases, especially those who are aging. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m so sad to leave. The rooftop garden is a beautiful spot to relax. While there’s no AC, we enjoyed good weather and didn’t find it to be an issue.

Fanastic Stay In Amsterdam

This apartment was fantastic! There was plenty of space for our family of four. The neighborhood had plenty to offer in terms of food, shops, and a couple of short blocks to the tram. This gave us easy access to getting around the city while letting us stay in a less touristy area that was fun to explore. Justin is a fantastic host—he made sure we were comfortable with everything we need, and was easy to reach with any questions or issues. We can’t wait for our next trip, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wir hatten drei super Tage in Amsterdam ! Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es vor und nach dem Unternehmungen sehr genossen, dort im Appartement zu entspannen.Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön würden wir wieder buchen!

Nice stay in Amsterdam

Beautiful apartment. Nice location and easy access to trams to get to the city. Nice and spacious inside. Big staircases to get in, but then all was great including the rooftop patio which was a great spot to sit and have breakfast.

"Being" in Amsterdam

The apartment was lovely, particularly the floor with the kitchen, dining and living space. The views from these rooms are inspiring. The kitchen is well-equipped and the appliances a pleasure to use. The location of this apartment provided my friend and I an opportunity to experience a vibrant neighbourhood and its people. It was a short stay for us (four nights) and we could have easily enjoyed walking strictly around the immediate area, discovering the architecture, culture and life. We did venture to central Amsterdam via the easily accessible metro. It was wonderful. My friend did a memorable day trip north to Den Helder, using the train. It was my first time staying in an apartment that had such steeps stairs - they are steep and hauling up heavy luggage is a challenge. The apartment warrants the effort but for safety reasons I don't think can be overstated.
