Great stay! We were in town for the Cincinnati Open so we weren’t at the house much but it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day. The beds were very comfortable and fit our party of six fit perfectly. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, downtown Cincinnati, Lindner Tennis and much more. Great host!
We needed a place to stay to attend a nieces baby shower. 5 women wanted a weekend of no cooking, cleaning, laundry etc.. The property was just what we needed for a weekend away.
This was the perfect setup for our family of five. The littles were able to share a room, and my teen had her own room. Unit was incredibly clean, quiet location. Although my kids are not very quiet so hopefully the neighborhood didn't mind us. ;)
Everything was wonderful! Nice quiet neighborhood and the hosts were so accommodating! They were a LIFESAVER with the early check in. Will definitely be back!!
Generous, comfortable space for a family of six!
Check in/out instructions were simple and communicated well. Beds were comfortable and well stocked with blankets and pillows.
Fantastic stay in Cincinnati. Samantha and Brad were wonderful. Easy instructions for everything, wonderful advice on where to eat and what to see. Fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath, tons of space. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!
Communication with the host was excellent. The home was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The home was right by the Pinecroft where we were attending a wedding. There were coffee shops, restaurants, and (most importantly to my kids) pickleball courts nearby.
I would stay here again and highly recommend without hesitation.
Great property! On a peaceful court! My only issue and possibly an oversight on my part is that is a duplex. But it still worked out for our party but potentially could have been an issue.
This is a shared home and the owner has all the control of heat or air parking and yard use!
Horrible communication only answered when we called VRBO. Description was not accurate said it was 2500 sq ft when it was less than 1700. Parking on property when it was street parking. No mention of a shared home and no control of heating or cooling and yard usage.

As always, we appreciate and encourage reviews. We have been hosts for over 6 years and have had over 1,000 happy bookings. We always put our guests comfort and enjoyment at the forefront of our minds. For the consideration of all travelers, unfortunately, there is little factual and/or helpful information with this guests review. This guest clearly did not read the description of our property. It is a duplex. It is a two family residence (not a shared home) and the listing is for the 2nd floor, 3 bedroom 2 full bath apartment. It is listed as an apartment and the listing includes that information. Guests consistently tell us how large and spacious the apartment is. There is no code for the thermostat and guests can set the temperature to whatever setting they desire. We are located on the quiet corner of two cul-de-sacs. More than ample free on-street parking is always available. We do not offer off street parking in the listing but in the case of this guest we did, although they did not opt to use it. We even cleared a space in our garage for their e-bikes upon their request which they did not appreciate or use and they arrived well before their allowed check-in time but we accommodated that as well. They did not use the proper channels of communication neglecting to communicate on the VRBO app, making things very difficult and confusing for us as well as themselves. They also did not pay in full for their stay. We highly encourage any and all travelers to read our property listing details. Everything is accurate and transparent. We are always available to answer any and all questions and ready to help your stay be the most enjoyable for you. Thanks and happy travels!
Three adults looked at the listing missed that it is a duplex, and UPSTAIRS. The incline into the house is pretty steep for anyone with a disability. And the flight of stairs behind the front door is never shown. Without my son, we couldn't stay. I have a lung disease/hubby is hurt. I would NOT have booked this "duplex" due to the interior stairs. It's listed as family friendly. But, for our little grandkids, it was hard to explain why the backyard we thought we had access to, wasn't for us AND that they couldn't use the new swimming pool. Heartbroken kids, lol. Also, there was nothing in the home kid friendly, other than twin beds and a tv. Well, there was a yo-yo. The house is old, but clean. The floors squeak. It was listed with a Hot tub and Spa tub. We didn't find either. The temperature was comfortable for us, but controlled by the hosts living below. We would've liked it cooler at night, but hated to bother them. The kitchen is very sparse. Glad we looked before shopping. Only spice available was cloves. So we decided to eat out, but not a big deal. No baggies/foil and such to take care of leftovers. Again, very sparse. Bring what you need! Also, bring your own bathroom amenities. We had a used bar of soap in ours and mix/match of odd things, no Kleenex. Overall my guess is that Brad may not have stayed in too many VRBO homes. From all of our other experiences, this was the most minimal. But, it is reasonably priced and clean! Remember that.

Thanks for taking the time to leave reviews. Here are some notes for potential guests. We added a photo of the stairwell. This is a duplex 2nd floor apartment. The kitchen IS fully stocked (drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cooking oils, condiments, dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponges, kitchen towels, cups, glasses, bowls, plates, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, knives, blender, crockpot, can opener, bottle opener, etc). We do not provide spices other than salt, pepper and sugar.
The pool Is not yet available to guests as it is STILL under construction at this time. The pool is not listed at this time on the site either. While the spot is great for families we do not provide toys for children. If any potential guests have any questions prior to booking, please reach out anytime. We are always happy to help! Thank you. 😊
