Fantastic property!

This is our second time staying at Cascades de Pedregal. This was out favorite place so far. They had everything you could imagine stocked in the condo for you! It was clean and I loved the pillows on my bed so much I ordered them when I got home for my bed! We look forward to staying at this home again!

Beautiful Condo

Pedegral is most exclusive and beautiful. The serene condo is tucked away certainly a maze to get to. Taking 4 elevators long hallway walks once you get acclimated easier.If flights are delayed causing evening arrival can cause distress.Dance clubs late night until early morning loud music echo all way up cliffs. Mainly on weekends.Owners provided sharp eye for detail with all necessities provided which made it the perfect home away from home. Thank you!Recommend signage or other methods to assist.

Very clean and new condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a brand new complex and this unit was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the views are amazing! Construction noise was not to bad as they are working around the hill side right now. The unit is very close to town, a short walk or a $5 Uber ride gets you right to the marina. Just a heads up, you have to take 3 different elevators to get to the condo and the pool in the pictures is not with the unit for rent, it is a picture of the pool that goes with the lower unit. There is a public pool not too far from the unit.

Beautiful Pedregal condo with easy access to town

Everything about our stay was fantastic and we look forward to staying here on our next trip to Cabo. From the communication with the property manager to being met by Pablo at the unit upon our arrival, everything was smooth and easy. The photos very accurately capture the property and the fantastic views. Having two double beds in the second bedroom for our teen girls was great. The kitchen is very well stocked. The terrace and firepit are lovely and we used them often. The indoor/outdoor living (both the living room and primary doors fully slide open) allowed us to fully enjoy the great weather (we never needed to turn on the AC). The community pool and hot tub are very nice and we used them frequently. We walked into town every day (and often multiple times a day). We often walked back up, but took ubers at night or when we were hauling dive gear. Ubers are very inexpensive (typically 5-8) and arrive quickly, both at the front of Las Cascadas as well as in town. As others have noted, there are three elevators to get up to the unit because of the way that the buildings are terraced into the hill. But we never found that problematic and often used a combination of elevators and stairs. The only items we would note is that a wifi repeater would help boost the signal in the living room and on the terrace, and you do need to be mindful of the length of showers as we did exhaust the hot water supply a few times when the 4 of us showered consecutively.
