Great location and tranquil setting

The house was well situated and within walking distance to beaches and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. The bonus was having a separate suite and backyard. There were 7 of us (two teens) and we all enjoyed the amenities of the home. The description posted online was very accurate. The washing machine was a little temperamental but the property manager communicated immediately and we were able to figure it out. The house was clean and had everything we needed to “move right in”.

The house was well equipped with most everything you need for a beach vacation. Don't bother to bring beach chairs, beach umbrellas, linens, towels, coffee, and many other amenities. If we are to return, which we hope to, we will travel light as they provide what you need. The house is spacious and accommodated our larger party comfortably. The three full baths worked great. Ample hot water and many AC units, making the house very comfortable day and night. The house is great for larger parties that are looking for a place within walking distance to great beaches. The beach pass was very useful and allowed us to shuttle guests and beach supplies easily. We were not sure how to access the water behind the house, but kayaks are available for use if you can find a way.
