Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this property because it is SO close to Downtown Nashville, but *just* far enough that we get to enjoy some of the unique, artistic spirit of East Nashville & the Five-Points neighborhood. It's also such an aesthetically lovely home - well built, modern design, & very practical and comfortable. We have loved it over the last couple of years!

What makes this property unique

When we walked up to the 4th floor rooftop terrace & looked at the breathtakingly close view of the Nashville Skyline, we knew it had to be our home. We were smitten, and to this day it's still our favorite feature. We love setting the TV up and watching our favorite show or a movie while warming up to a bonfire. It's so romantic!
