The house has a cozy, open floor plan with a great kitchen as the focal point, a living room that seats up to 8 people, and a dining area which can also seat up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc. The living room has a 55" Smart TV with a DVD player and full cable service. There's a foosball table for added enjoyment of all ages!
The bedrooms are upstairs, keeping the sleeping space private from the shared area - two queen size bedrooms and one double twin bedroom. There are two full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs) stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The linen closet is always overstocked with extra hand towels, wash clothes and towels.
The bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses with clean microfiber sheets and quilts. There is beach gear located in the first closet closest to the front door - beach chairs, towels and a cooler that you can take over to Nickel Plate beach to enjoy!
Guests have access to the entire property. There's a great front porch, and a backyard with patio a and grill for those nice summer days!
There is a train track near the house, and previous guests have mentioned that the trains run at night and blow their horns. We just want to be transparent that this has bothered previous guests.

Perfect Property for a long week or just a weekend get away! It was Super Clean, well furnished and met all of our needs for the week! Couldn't have asked for a better property...
The house was as the pictures, and descriptions stated. It was perfect for a girls trip. We enjoyed a meal outside, sitting in the living room talking and laughing, and a foosball tournament.
Roomy up-to-date older home 15 minutes from Cedar Point
We stayed here on our way home from an Ohio family reunion so that we could visit Cedar Point for a day (15 minutes from the rental). Owner promptly responsive and ensured the best rental experience possible. The rental is very well appointed for one's in-home needs. The listing notes the train going by which does occur quite frequently. One of our kids wore noise cancelling airpods, one was bothered a couple times over night by it, the rest of us slept so soundly on the memory foam mattresses that we weren't bothered at all.
We stayed in this rental for a baseball tournament.
My family recently stayed here for a baseball tournament and to visit cedar point and I would highly recommend this rental. There was one small issue and the host had it fixed within 2 hours. They have everything you need if you were to forget something, including games to play! Getting to the baseball complex and to cedar point was an easy drive and took less then 20 minutes. The trains do go by quite often, but we got used to them. I have 2 teenage sons and they (along with my brother in law) loved the foosball table. My family would 100% stay again! Great rental and great host!
The house was clean and stocked with toiletries and kitchen needs. Proximity to cedar point and cleveland great and there is a cute beach 5 minutes away. Owner thoughtful and had two beach chairs to use. Owner good communicator and offered restaurant ideas. The down side of this property is there is a train that comes through on an average twice an hour. Since the train crosses the street is has to blow the horn and the proximity to house causes the house to shake. We downloaded a white noise app to try to allow us to sleep.
