The Space:
Luxury vacation resort, one story, spacious, 5 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, with 10 beds (two sofa bed), very quiet and safe neighborhood, super conveniently located with a few minutes to Disneyland and Anaheim convention center. Newly remodeled with the state of art amenity and the most comfortable beds and beddings. Sparkling clean! Better and Beyond any luxury hotel! Maximum number of guests is 15. Minimum booking age is 21. No visitors unless approved by the host.

* 65 inch smart 4K TV in the game room is equipped with Apple Arcade Games (200+ games with more added all the time) in addition to Youtube TV.
* All the adult rooms are equipped with Samsung smart TVs all with paid Netflix and Samsung TV plus (200+ live TV channels, and 1000s of movies)

The villa is also protected by advanced home security system. Whole house is fully covered by super fast speed WiFi internet (1Gbps speed provided by Spectrum).

All high-end luxury mattresses and luxury Linens for your comfort stay. Sparkling clean, plush towels, goose down comforters, down pillows, all make you feel you are in 5 star hotel! Each adult bedroom is designed with a contemporary style.

All living amenities (kitchenware, shampoo, soaps, laundry) are provided for your convenience. Strollers and one crib is provided for little ones.

Backyard is fully landscaped with landscape lighting and a BBQ grill using propane gas.

The daily rate is for up to 10 guests, extra guest fee of $30 per guest per night applies for over 10 guests. No extra Tax to pay.

This house is located in a quiet residential area, designed for quiet enjoyment for families and professionals. No party/event permitted. Absolutely NO OUTDOOR MUSIC at anytime. No loud outdoor activities after 10pm. Instead, the game room is available for entertainment anytime. Violations of the house rules are subject to fine and immediate eviction without refund. These rules are also strictly enforced by County sheriffs.

Guest Access:
Guests can access every part of this house, game room, the backyard, pool table in the game room. The driver ways can accommodate 5 cars. Sufficient spaces for adults and kids, for your relaxation and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. This rule is enforced by County of Orange.

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home including the game room at any time. No tobacco, no vaping and no marijuana or other drugs is allowed.

Maximum Occupancy is 15, infants under 2 are not counted toward headcount. No additional visitors unless approved by the host. Minimum booking age is 21 years old. Minimum stay is 3 nights. We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2 night gap in the calendar.

The managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected. Noise monitoring device is installed in backyard to monitor the decimal level, only to alert the property managers when decimal is higher than normal.

No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed in this property.
