The space
* Bedrooms: Three cozy bedrooms with a King bed, a Queen bed, and two Twin beds. King and Queen beds have installed with a TV.

* Living Room: Relax in the spacious living area featuring a sectional sofa and a flat-screen Roku TV.

* Kitchen: Fully equipped with a brand-new granite countertop and island, complete with bar stools—ideal for cooking or casual dining.

* Accessibility: All rooms are located on one floor for ease and comfort.

* Internet: Enjoy lightning-fast high-speed internet with up to 2Gb download and upload speeds.

* Workspace: Option to convert the third bedroom to a Dedicated workspace.

* Pet fee: $250 for one small pet

Please note: There are no cameras inside the living areas of the home.

Other things to note
Cannabis and Illegal Substance Policy: The use, possession, or distribution of cannabis (marijuana) or any other federally prohibited substances is strictly prohibited on or near the property, including the home, garage, yard, driveway, and any surrounding premises. This applies to all guests and visitors, regardless of local or state laws, and includes both recreational and medical cannabis, as well as any other illegal drug-related activity.

Violation of this policy will result in the following actions:
• Immediate termination of the guest’s stay without refund.
• A $1,000 USD fine, charged to the guest who made the reservation.
• Full liability for any damage or cleaning costs associated with the violation.
• Immediate eviction from the property with no option to return.

We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our discretion if there is evidence of use, possession, or odor of cannabis or any illegal substances on or near the premises.
