Relax with the family or friends at our quaint home. We have 3 bedrooms which will sleep 6 comfortably. In the kitchen you have a full size fridge, gas stove, built in microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar that has 3 stools. Comfy living room with full size couch and oversized chair with a large tv to relax in. Fenced backyard with private patio that offers a bbq bit, and firepit for those chilly evenings. Tons of restaurants, shopping, and work out facilities within 3 miles.

This was an ideal location that allowed me quick access key roads to my local families’ homes. Amenities and paper products were well stocked, which I very much appreciated. I was able to confidently prepare morning and bedtime routines with my children in this space and stay caught up on laundry with the basement machines. Each bed provided an excellent night sleep, for which we were grateful. Highly recommend!

Rally National Championship

We were in town for a national dog competition and needed a dog friendly place to stay. This location was conveniently located to our trial site, grocery stores, and eateries. The neighborhood was quiet and we shared the property with visiting deer and rabbits.The house was as shown, clean and comfortable. Communication with our host was easy. I certainly would stay again if ever in the area.

Great Location

This house was close to family and very accessible to St. Louis activities. It was clean, quiet, the shower was the best (!), beds were comfortable. Loved that it had a gas stove…extra points.

Visiting our first Grandchild

We had a wonderful stay at this home! We felt safe walking our dog in the neighborhood along with having a fenced yard. We found it to be very clean and just as described. We look forward to staying here again!

Great Spot!

Enjoyed staying at this property! It was our home base during the holidays while visiting family, and it was a great fit. It's nothing fancy, but it was very convenient, the fully fenced in yard was great for our dogs, and the host was very personable and responsive. They had even decorated with a Christmas tree, which was a nice touch.

Wonderful House!

My Son came in town for the holidays & we needed a quaint, quiet place to stay. This home is very cozy, has everything you would need, centrally located & great, friendly, helpful communication with the owner! We had a very good stay & would certainly go back!

Great stay!

Great house in a great neighborhood suburb of St Louis. Dawn was highly responsive, friendly, and the house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we sure appreciated the washer/dryer. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Nice property for short family visit

My family gathered back in STL where we used to live. There was a baby shower for our first grandchild. This house was just right for myself, my daughter, my mother and mother-in-law. One more bathroom would make it perfect, but we enjoyed our stay anyway. Thank you

Family Vacation

The home was clean and just as advertised. Cute little sno-cone place right down the road and QT ( gas station) within walking distance. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and returned messages in a timely manner. We would definitely rent her home again.

Great find

Family of 5 in town for a wedding and needed our own space. Dawn’s place was perfect. The room set ups were just what we needed and the location was very close to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and updated with a big yard (which we didn’t have the time to take advantage of). All the amenities of a hotel but all the coziness of a home. Thank you, we will remember this spot for our next visit.

Our Love Nest for 6 days😊

I’m not sure where to begin! We loved this little house. It came well equipped with everything we needed. Even the washer & dryer was a plus & since it was just the two of us we only used the master bedroom which had the most amazing & comfortable king-size bed….no back aches!!! The house was centrally located to all the places we had to be for my husband‘s Family Reunion, and friends. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness & overall appearance of the house. The big plus is we were able to bring our 4 pound Yorkie. We also felt very safe in this area & a good place to walk our Miss Bella as the house was on a cul-de-sac. I know hopefully, if my husband‘s health is still good, we will be making this trip again for his Family Reunion & we would be extremely happy if we could have this rental again. You will not be disappointed!!!!! It listed Dawn as a premier host & that she is😊
