Split floorplan giving each bedroom privacy. Top floor (stairs required). One car garage below. Close to everything downtown Palm Springs has to offer. One of the two pools is right across from this condo. There are tables and chairs by the pools for outdoor dining. This is a no-smoking condo in a no-smoking complex. Per HOA rules, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Tierra Hermosa grounds.
