Centrally Located - Renovated and Roomy!

*Please note we are not accepting work crews* The house has undergone a complete renovation, including updates to both the electric and plumbing systems. The kitchen is brand new, providing a modern and functional space for meal preparation and gathering. The main floor is spacious, allowing plenty of room for movement and conversation. After a busy day, the three-season porch off the kitchen is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

On the main floor of the house, you'll find a bedroom with a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom featuring a shower. Additionally, there is a half bathroom on this level and a generously sized, fully equipped kitchen. The dining area boasts a super long dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 people. There are two separate living rooms on the main floor as well. Moving up to the second floor, there are three more bedrooms, each with access to a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed and features an attached bathroom. Laundry is conveniently located on the second floor.

Nice home that can accommodate large families

The home is fresh and clean, not far from downtown. The floor plan has space for people to gather together, or to spend time away from the group. The porch looks like it would be fun in warmer seasons.

Great family weekend at the lake

Mom’s Weekend Away

This property was amazing! Such a cute house, well laid out for a group of 8 moms getting away for the weekend. It is also well equipped for a family with young kids to enjoy…. We all said we want to come back! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do for the weekend and many great memories were made. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Bryan!

We have some very close friends and family who live in Clear Lake and we have been visiting multiple times per pear for over 10 years. After our first visit, we knew we wanted to experience the charm and community as often as possible. Our goal is for you and your guests to have an enjoyable visit to Clear Lake, whether this is your first visit or 100th!

Why they chose this property

Located just 4 blocks from the shores of Clear Lake and the vibrant downtown area. You will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. Feel the rich history and strong sense of community by taking part in a range of events and festivals throughout the year. The Surf District, home of the famous Surf Ballroom, is located about 6 blocks away and offers live music as well as several restaurant options.

What makes this property unique

Clear Lake is a very walkable town. The downtown area is compact with sidewalks and pedestrian crossings making it safe and convenient to navigate. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the park or along the shore of Clear Lake. The town also has several options to rent a golf cart for your stay.
