About this property

This house is in the heart of downtown Clear Lake where you can meet most of your needs with a short walk. Spend time in the large back yard, in the gazebo, and feel free to park your car in the garage.
This newly updated home has a long driveway for parking. There are two bedrooms, both queens, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room to comfortably sleep 6. Washer and dryer provided and free to use. Shower and bath, perfect for kiddos after a long day at the beach.

Surf with Friends

WOW!! What a fun little spot to get away with friends! We attended a concert at the Surf which was an easy walk. Loved that convenience. We used the grill and had a fabulous dinner. It was just perfect! Now looking forward to bringing our family this summer for a fun and relaxing weekend. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Location

We were in town for a concert at The Surf and this house was the best location for us to walk right over. The beds and furniture were super comfortable and the bedding smelled so clean. It’s decorated so cute and felt very welcoming! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well. We will for sure stay here again.

Cute house!

We had a girls weekend and stayed here! It was so clean and cute! We had plenty of room to spread out and have places to sleep. It was a perfect location to walk up to Harvest Fest. We already have plans to come again!

They love the Clear Lake community and all it offers no matter the season. Brad and Molly fell in love with this cute little house and also it's location.
