Two homes on the ocean with a private saltwater pool.
The Cliff House is has two detached structures each with its own full kitchens. The private saltwater pool is on the ocean-side with a large shaded patio. Perfect for large families, co-workers and/or friends to gather in one place but have separate, private living areas conveniently within walking distance to each other.
The single story house closer to the cliffs has one large master bedroom with a Cal-king and en-suite bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and is next to the guest bath. There are ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and of course the outdoor lanai. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa.
The two-story structure has a king bed and private bathroom on each floor. The second floor has a full kitchen while the ground floor has a kitchenette. Both levels come with their own lanais.
The 40ft long saltwater pool is naturally heated and ranges from 5-6ft deep. There is a bbq grill at each house and plenty of parking along the driveway.
Wake up looking at the ocean or fall asleep watching the moonrise. Several large lanais where you can relax, eat and gaze out into the horizon.

Trash can be placed in outdoor bins please. Next to the 2 story ohana unit, there are additional trash bins inside the blue double doors.

Very sweet location right on the cliffs. It was hot during our 8 day stay, very little rain so we did miss having AC in the midday, which encouraged us to head out and explore. Spent most afternoons in the pool due to the heat.Nene geese visited us, frogs galore loudly singing us to sleep. We planned to cook dinners, the main house kitchen is small and had enough gear, but barely. Expect to make do!The ohana upstairs and downstairs can be completely separate, which was great for us to have space for two families.

Why they chose this property
Sunrises and full moonrises are magical. This quiet, oceanfront neighborhood has amazing neighbors, no barking dogs or early roosters. Staring at the night sky, you can often see different planets and on a clear night, the milky way. There is very little light and noise pollution so you can enjoy nature.
What makes this property unique
This is an ocean front property with two structures so large families can have some separation and privacy while coming together to enjoy a large salt water swimming pool. While there are many sights to see on the Big Island, this property is also a destination in and of itself.
