Nice quiet condo

Quiet neighborhood with grocery, restaurants & bike trails close by! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, but furniture could be updated. Host is very easy to reach!

Excellent stay!

The townhouse is very nice with many amenities including a community pool and hot tub. The townhouse is located immediately next to the Folsom bike and walking paths. The neighborhood is well-maintained and felt very safe to me and my family. Everyone in the area was friendly, and communication with the property manager was seamless. We really enjoyed our time there.

I lost over 1100 dollars on this crap! Because they didnt tell me about there stairs. I had my 90 year old parents with me and they cant climb. oparwith me. There wasnt no pics

I am sorry you were not able to see on the listing that all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. We kindly refunded you for most of your stay against our own policy so you were not out $1100 because of us. We were never informed of a mobility issue. We are sorry for any inconvenience or complications you experienced, but we or the property are not to blame. It was simply an unfortunate misunderstanding.

My family and I live and serve as missionaries in the beautiful country of Costa Rica. I grew up not far from Folsom in beautiful Apple Hill, a must visit if you are in the area October-December. We love to travel and see the world and we love to host people in our home and make you feel welcome and comfortable as you explore Folsom and the amazing foothills and mountains surrounding the area.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in an incredibly safe and quiet community. It is conveniently located with access to highway 50 and not far from interstate 80. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and the conveniences of a city, but also tucked away from the traffic and noise. The condo is located within walking distance to public access on Folsom Lake and the property is connected to miles and miles of incredible biking and exercise trails. It really is the perfect location.

What makes this property unique

Grocery stores and several restaurants are located within walking distance as well as public access to Folsom Lake (1 mile). There is a public golf course located adjacent to the property. Access to the vast interconnected biking/walking and running trails providing miles of beautiful and well maintained trails is just steps from the front door. This condo is located with easy access to the outdoor enthusiasts dream of the Sierra Nevada mountains with camping, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and hunting in the multitude of lakes and rivers and hundreds of thousands of public access forests. It is perfect for the active professional, relocating families in transition or anyone looking for a quiet, safe and convenient location to live.
