I had a great stay at this property. I actually live in Austin, but needed a place to stay for a few days while work was being done on my home. It was a last-minute booking, and I was especially grateful to find a property that welcomed dogs. The house was very clean, comfortable, and stayed nice and cool—the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was much appreciated during the Texas heat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook meals, and I never found myself lacking anything. The fenced backyard worked well for my dogs, giving them a safe place to go outside. Communication with the host was excellent; every question I had was answered quickly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly place to stay.

We loved staying here but we were a little disappointed with the outdoor area. The chairs and seating were not the same as in the pictures with cushions. Instead there was metal and plastic chairs. Overall it was a great house for the cost.

Awesome Austin Visit!

My wife and I traveled with our elderly moms to visit our daughter in Austin. The house and location was so much better than our last stay at a hotel. We were able to settle in, relax and spend so much more random time together. Home was perfect for us with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and dining area. The living room area had plenty of seating with lots of entertainment options with Roku TV. Hosts were gracious and helpful and we will definitely consider staying again for future trips!

Very good with one exception

The description of the property was accurate as far as it went. Plenty of space and room. Quiet neighborhood and adequate parking on the property and street. Reasonable cost. The only knock is a lack of provision for mobility impaired guests in the downstairs bathrooms--high sided tubs/showers with no grab bars. The upstairs bath was well provisioned with a walk-in shower, but that was not accessible to guests who could not manage stairs. Overall very good to excellent.
