This outstanding three-bedroom plus den and loft, three-and-a-half-bath, two-story home offers that desirable southern exposure one wants here on the island. Walking into your home you experience the fabulous water views this home can offer. Large, impact windows and sliders provide all that natural sunlight. Plantation shutters, tile flooring, newer carpet, custom built-ins, metal roof.

The kitchen provides granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an ample amount of countertop space for one to entertain.

The master bedroom also offers large sliders with water views, tray ceiling, . King bed provided and also flat screen tv. Large en-suite with dual sinks, separate shower and tub.

The guest bedrooms are upstairs and provide privacy, along with a loft area with many possible uses. The lanai area is partially covered and screened-in and ready for you to take a few laps in the pool or soak in the spa.

Large dock area one can bring their boat and tie up to. Do note the lifts are unavailable.

This water-direct home has a wonderful island location and minutes to the river.

All beach gear provided for guests, complete with chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels.

Perfect Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience all the way around. House is located in a quiet area with southern exposure and great water views. Harborview was also great to deal with through the process.
