About this property

Newly remodeled Vacation Home with Saltwater Pool

This "brand-new" home, built in 2010, totally rebuilt and remodeled in 2022, is located in a gated community in the south of Winter Haven, next to Legoland, and features everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the sunsets over Round Lake as you sit out in the nice, large, screened pool area with a 14x28 saltwater pool and relax under the stars.

The house offers comfortable space for 6 guests including children. Additional guests and visitors are not permitted.

The house has an open split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with large TV, bose surround system, and electric fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and laundry corner. Every room is furnished with a smart TV.

The pool is NOT heated by standard. If you would like to use the pool heater, please let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $25 per day/minimum 5 days.

We provide essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, detergents, etc. only for the beginning of your stay. Sometimes it is not enough as stays vary and everyone uses and handles things differently. Please refill for yourself if you run out of something. Thank you.

POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
We allow bookings for 6 guests including children. No additional guests and unauthorized visitors are permitted on the property outside of your reservation. We do not allow parties and events, including friend and family gatherings. If we find out there are more guests as booked, you will be asked to leave and not given a refund as this violates our house rules. The home is strictly no-smoking/vaping and no pets.

Please be advice we have outside security cameras with video surveillance facing the front door/front yard and driveway.

Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the house - also do not discard cigarettes in the house trash can. You are allowed to smoke/vape outside.
No parties and events allowed. This includes family and friend gatherings.
