The home is conveniently located a short 10 minutes from downtown Cashiers, NC. This area is known for its gorgeous waterfalls and peaceful rainforest. The property has direct access to the ever-so-charming Fowler Creek and offers a seating area to relax and unwind by the water. Large windows allow for lots of natural lighting and a true sense of being in the "Solitude of the Forest". The spacious, open floor plan on the 1st level offers a grand experience of enjoying meals and movies with the family. Post Christmas Getaway

Property was beautiful with a spectacular view, quiet, properly set up and communication with Hannah was exceptional. House was well stocked and having ample fire logs was delightful given the cold front that came in during our stay. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

The Family

The property was well appointed for all our needs. The layout of the house worked well with one master suite on the first level and the remaining bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Very comfortable in so many ways. Kitchen well equipped and great set up to prepare and cook meals. Views are spectacular and watching the weather change was fascinating. Temperature in the house was always comfortable. A great rental property.

Solitude but not Seclusion

Wonderful stay in a wonderful home! The house is fun and architecturally unique with great views of Whiteside Mountains. Fantastic location with easy access to so much - hiking, shopping, restaurants, etc. Our visit included trips to Cashiers (minutes away), Highlands (30 minutes or so) and Brevard (about an hour away). Hailey, property manager, was so pleasant and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday weekend with the children

Beautiful location, quiet, peaceful and perfect for us. The view from the kitchen sink of Whiteside Mountain made any kitchen work peaceful and a pleasure. This home is so well designed with plenty of storage in bedrooms and a comfortable living space that was easily changed for fireplace or TV use. The property manager was wonderful, available for questions etc throughout our stay. Also, walks just in the neighborhood are like being in a park allowing us to get exercise without traveling on hiking off-days. We will definitely be back.

Most attentive manager and fantastic location

Our stay was fantastic. We had a few moments with the internet, but it was rectified with fantastic communication form the manager who was handling the property. The scenic location was lovely and the home was high end, luxe, mid century cabin realness. Really great spot! Book for your next visit to Cashiers! K
