You'll be just a little over two miles away from the quaint Lake Arrowhead Village where you and your family can enjoy a shopping spree at its many stores, then treat the kids to some delicious ice cream at the local parlor. Walk alongside the beautiful lake and bask in the radiating glow of the sun as it shimmers across the waters. Spend a morning out at the Lake Gregory Regional Park and picnic with loved ones as you feast on some homemade food.

Back at this incredible mountain view home, you'll have a complete run of the place: enjoy the home's downstairs bedroom, complete with a comfortable bed, ample space for walking around, a fireplace, and a private balcony. Step into the wide and spacious living area with its tall ceilings and admire the furnishings and welcoming decor. Lie down for a quick nap on the couches, then walk into the full kitchen (complete with appliances for your convenience) and whip up a delectable meal for everyone at the vacation rental. From the outside area, you'll have a grand view of the rolling mountains out in the distance as you sit down, then head in around dusk and warm up by the gas fireplace. With plenty of space for you and your friends, you're sure to make some unforgettable memories!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
