Nestled in the romantic neighbourhood of Opera you'll find this stylish modern apartment – the perfect base for a big group getaway.
Housed within a Haussmann building, this sleek apartment has been renovated by a regarded interior designer. We particularly love the open living room-cum-dining room where a statement wooden table and an ambient pendant light create a warm mood – where better to share family feasts than here? Your host can provide access to their private gym too, so if you want to start each day with a workout before sampling pastries and dining in the city’s world-renown restaurants, you’re in the perfect spot to do so.
As soon as you arrive you will be seduced by the inner courtyard of this Haussmanian building and so typically Parisian. At the end of the 19th century, this courtyard made use of stables. It is now a source of light and greenery, like a haven of peace in the middle of the bustle of Paris...
Our apartment exudes calm and voluptuousness...
Entirely renovated, we called on an architect from interior renowned for furnishing and decorating it and the result is a magnificent apartment with Parisian elegance, in which you will spend unforgettable and joyful moments of conviviality.
In its American kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. That is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.
Regarding the district in which our apartment is located, you will be in the heart of Paris, in the famous Opéra district, just 500 meters from the famous Galeries Lafayette.

Dressed to impress, this elegant neighbourhood is lined with 19th century Haussmannian buildings and packed full of historic landmarks. Perhaps some of its best kept secrets can be found in its Art Nouveau passages like Passage Vivienne, where you can stroll along mosaïc corridors and peruse antique stalls and pret-à-porter boutiques. The Opéra Garnier is not to be missed so even if you don't have time to watch a ballet, step inside and take in the opulent interior. Going towards Madeleine, you'll find some of the best specialty grocery stores in the capital such as Fauchon, Hédiard and Ladurée - the perfect (albeit pricey) spot to go fridge-filling.
