This newly remodeled 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath contemporary is located in the Bonnet Shores community of Narragansett, RI. It is also a 5 minute drive to the Narragansett town beach.
The home has central air conditioning with a large deck .
The interior of the home has an open feeling, all new furniture and appliances. Granite counter tops with all new white kitchen , hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen looks down onto the family room, and all new beds. .The house is 20 Min to Newport ,40 min to foxwoods casino,30 min to airport.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please put back kitchen items where they belong so Cleaning girls don’t assume they are missing.

Make sure all trash is placed in bags in the barrels except for the recycling.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All dish towels are washed, grill is left clean, all beds are made .If you are renting linens and towels take off beds and put in bags.

All 4 beach passes must be left on counter to avoid a fee of $200 per pass.House keys must be left where you found them.

no moving of furniture is allowed, no moving of comforters or pillow shams from one room to the next, cleaning girls will take inventory .

Great Stay

This home was perfect for our family on a week long trip to Rhode Island. The location was really convenient, the house was clean and spacious, the deck and yard were very nice, overall would highly recommend.

Hi , I am sorry you were not aware that you have to pay to enter beaches . It states on site that Kelly beach is 1.2 miles away . Narragansett town beach is a pubic beach and yes you have to pay to get on. There are many other public beaches that you can go on and pay by the car without paying per person. I am still glad you enjoyed the house and how clean it was according yo your text message, but sorry your disappointed that you had to pay to go to our beautiful beaches. We couldn’t have been more happy with our rental selection. Clean and cutely designed with that beach feel! The spacious 4 bedroom and 2 and 1/2 baths and outdoor shower was perfect for our family of 5. Not to mention location, location, location. The yard was perfect for games and family fun! We hope the next family enjoys it as much as we did!

Family Summer Vacation

Amazing Stay!

I booked this house for my family to stay in the week of my wedding and I am so happy I did! The house had everything they needed and the host was extremely nice & accommodating. She was easy to communicate with and made sure their stay was perfect. Not only that the house is beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommend! My family will definitely be back!

Bonnet Beauty By the Beaches

Owner has a pristine home in a well sought after area close to all the best RI has to offer. Property is well maintained and any glitches reported were quickly addressed. We even got great recommenations on restaurants and amusements that assured our vacation was wonderul. I highly recommend this rental.

Spacious home.

Beautiful home with everything you need. Loved sitting on the deck which was very nice along with the patio set. Susan, the property manager was truly the nicest person to work with. Great and fast communication if you needed anything. Very kind and accommodating. We all enjoyed our week there.

Very bright and comfortable

The property was in perfect condition - much better than our experience in the past. The landlord was accessible and very helpful before and during our stay. Here's the thing that really nails it, the landlord had Charmin toilet paper - not the cheap stuff. Sounds silly, but it's the little things...

A wonderful adventurous vacation

What a wonderful vacation. The location was perfect. Close enough to convenience stores and town but away enough to avoid the noise. We were out and about every day. Communicating with the owner could not have been easier. She was extremely helpful with where things were and the check in and check out process was amazing. Left part of my heart in RI and can't wait to go back. If you go, must do the Rail Explorers and the Cliff Walk. The Coast Guard House was amazing for our last dinner, view was spectacular.

The House was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the items you need for a great vacation were there. Kitchen utensils. pots, pans, plates, glasses, you name it. The deck is great and it is close to all the beaches, restaurants and other activities. My family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Susan was great and helpful when we had questions. Susan manages her own properties so you are not dealing with a third party agency. This and any properties she owns are highly recommended.

Wonderful time at Bonnet Shores

We were a very comfortable family, three couples and baby, while in Narragansett, specifically Bonnet Shores. My only complaint was that the lobster pot was too small for six lobsters. Will bring my own next time. The house was clean, cool and exactly what we were waiting all summer for. Thank you to Susan.

Great central location to Explore Southern RI

Great house for me, my husband, 2 teens and a 21 year old. Lots of space and very clean. A great location to experience all that southern RI has to offer. 20 min to the ferry for Block Island, 15 min to historic Wickford Village, easy 3 min drive to town beach and a great area to ride bikes. So much more to do, too!
