Private pool home, located just by the Turtle Beach directly on Siesta Key Island. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for your family vacation. High ceilings, open floor plan with split bedrooms. Kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar is open to the living room and dining area. High quality modern feel furniture, laundry inside and attached 2 car garage. Large sliding doors can pocket open to nice sitting area around the pool. Master bedroom features sliding doors and walk in closet! Second Guest bedroom also has king size bed and attached bath, third bedroom has two twin size beds and bathroom in the hallway, also used as pool bath.
Beach with deeded beach entrance and 2 great restaurants are only a short stroll away.
We speak English, Czech, Slovak and Polish.

Please read all reviews for this property and reviews on our other rental properties listed on VRBO. We stand behind a statement, that our rental homes are very clean and perfectly ready for our guests; that we always answer all questions and concerns and quickly solve problems, if there are any. Unfortunately, there are people, like these guests, who will post reviews like this in response to damage deposit claim, because they left our home at disastrous condition at their departure. 12 white towels were stained with blue and pink color to the point we had to replace them. Carpet in guest bedroom was stained with pink color on few spots and needed a professional cleaning. These guests asked to extend their stay and we gave them a really good rate, so they can enjoy their vacation. We don't need to say anything else, you be the judge. All the best from Property Manager Monika and cleaning crew.

Great location!

The house was very spacious and clean. It is a very short walk to the beach and very close to the Siesta Key trolley stop. It was equipped with everything we needed including sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas.

Family Vacation in Siesta Key

This trip was a vacation to celebrate the college graduation of our youngest daughter. The house and location provided the space and amenities for a great trip--lots of room, great pool, and convenient location but very private. Looking forward to our next trip to Siesta Key.

The house and pool was awesome!

The layout of the house was great! Everything was clean and provided hand soap (which is super important). Plenty of towels for the 6 of us to use! Only suggestion is to add a hand rail to get in and out of the pool. Also, add a small TV in the guest bedroom. Overall we can not wait to go back!

Nice House for a Family Vacation

Very nice house, clean. On south end, of island which is the quiet end of Siesta Key. An easy walk to Turtle Beach. If you don't know the island, you must drive to the Siesta Key Beach (~ 4 miles north) which is the famous beach that highly rated.

Another Great Year on the Key!

Our party has rented this house annually for the last 4 years, and every year have enjoyed our stay. The house is always very clean, and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay on the beach. The only complaint I have is the amount of rain we had during our stay! Monika was in contact with me a few times throughout the week, coordinating schedules for pest control to perform a routine inspection on the property (not for an issue we reported), and was always very informative and willing to work with us to make sure it wouldn't interfere with our stay. Turtle beach is a very short walk away, and provides a more quiet experience to enjoy a beach on the island without the crowds of Crescent Beach. However, the main beach is only a 2 mile drive up the road with parking not being an issue. We did not experience any issues the prior reviews mentioned - the house phone didn't ring several times a day, the washer and dryer worked perfectly, the house was very clean, and we saw no evidence of insects. The only critical thing I would mention is the lack of propane for the grill - you are provided the tank that is connected to the grill, as well as a spare in case the tank is running low. The tank on the grill was low, and the spare tank was also empty. This didn't affect us, as we only used the grill for one meal, and was an easy miss by the cleaning/maintenance crew. I'm sure that if we had needed a replacement, Monika would have happily replaced it for us. Check out procedure seems very fair and standard compared to other rentals I have stayed in. Thank you Monika for offering a beautiful, well maintained home year after year for us to rent. We look forward to returning in the future!

Amazingly clean, great location

We took our children and grandchildren to Siesta Key/Turtle Beach for a week and stayed here. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the beach and the grill and restaurant. the pool was nice to have with the grandbabies. The checkout rules seemed a little extreme-I have never had to sweep an entire house before leaving or do laundry. However, everything else about the property was great. The check in and out is extremely convenient with not having to go to an office for keys or anything. I would definitely recommend this property.

Second Stay Equally Enjoyable As The First

This was our second stay at this home! It continues to be comfortable and clean, with all the amenities to make you feel at home. We enjoyed the pool area, the closeness to Turtle Beach and near by restaurants. The home is great for families and adults. Located away from the busy down town, which is easily accessible by the trolly. Monika has been very responsive, making the rental process as easy as possible. We hope to make our third visit next year.

Lots of work to stay here...hope it's better now

We really wanted to like this house, but it was more work than we anticipated for our vacation. PROs: 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach, lots of space—open concept, 3 bedrooms (2 with en suites), screened pool area, nice sized heated pool, comfy beds, large closets, big TV in living room, kitchen stocked with cookware/utensils/dinnerware, beach chairs available, nicely lit space, new dishwasher CONs: Pool wasn't maintained once in 2 weeks & there were black particles floating in the water—spent 45 min. w/ the "buddy" of the pool guy (who was on vacation) & he said it was pollen yet the black flecks were in the water not on top—it needed to be vacuumed—he only checked the chemicals (manager said she's since contracted a new company), dryer didn’t work for 3 days of our 7-night stay & after it was fixed it still took 1.5+ hours to dry 5 bath towels—used towels add up for 5 ppl over 3 days, annoying beeping noise going off 10+ times/day (no comment from manger on this), killed a cockroach in the kitchen & more droppings discovered the day after I cleaned (manager alerted & planned to address it with pest control), master bath smells like mold/mildew (likely because the only vent is in the water closet & no one ever turns it on—nothing manager can do about this), answering machine goes off 1-3 times per day—usually in the AM (don’t let it scare you when you first hear it), twin bedroom bedding was dirty—not the linens but shams & quilts (left them on the floor with the dirty linens to indicate they needed to be washed by cleaning staff; notified manager of a dirty sham but later found chocolate? on other bedding), floor tile missing near dishwasher, DVD player's a 1-person handheld portable player (bummer for families on rainy days), garbage/recycling pick-up is mid-week & bins/cans were quite full upon arrival (nothing the manager can do about this). The manager refunded us less than 4%—$100—of our total bill for the challenges we experienced; a drop in the bucket, in our opinion. We were very open about sharing info with her during the week we stayed & we took very good care of the home. It took more time to deal with these problems than we wanted to spend—several emails to manager, dryer repair man call, "pool guy" visit. There was no way of us knowing about these issues prior to our arrival. Things happen...we get it. We own a rental too. But, in the end, you have to take care of the house AND the tenant. Live and learn.

I’m so happy we decided to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the village. We were close enough to get there when we wanted but far enough away to forget that everyone else was there for spring break as well. Annual family vacation in Siesta Keys

The property was perfectly maintained and the interior very spacious and clean. The layout was perfect separating the master bedroom and the two other bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The house was well furnished and the beds were super comfortable! Pool and patio excellent! The description and pictures of Turtle Beach were underrated- the beach was GREAT, a block away and never too crowded. We also liked the location, although a few miles from the center of town it was quiet and there was transportation available (trolley) when we would venture out in the evenings. A great find, highly recommended for families and/or couples. The rental process, check in and out was simple and Monika was very responsive to all questions along the way. We would definitely return.

An ideal place to relax, but also to take daily trips to the beautiful locations of Florida's west coast. The house is perfectly furnished and generously built.
