Ultimate frisbee tournament at Reach11

The property was very clean and located close to the Reach 11 Sports Complex. The beds were comfortable and back yard is very nice. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend the Sicilian Butcher if you are looking for a good place to eat near the property!

Check-in was after 4pm, I arrived 7pm and still had not heard from the owner regarding access. I sent a message in the app and got a prompt reply. Upon entry, the home still had property and food from the previous renter. The switch plates throughout the house were very dirty and gross. There was a door leaning against the wall for a bedroom closet. The blinds to the back yard were missing half of the slats. The toilet seat was old and brown. The microwave had a sign that said it was broken. The cleaning guy arrived at 8pm to start cleaning. I had to find a new place to stay. This property has potential. The owner was prompt, kind and responsive. The cleaning person was the father of the property manager and was very kind. This was just not ready for my arrival and the property need a thorough cleaning and updating.

Phoenix trip

Nice house in a decent Phoenix area with a great yard. It has the potential to be a really great VRBO if the owners would invest in some professional cleaning and maintenance. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the bathrooms and kitchen before I could comfortable stay there. The back yard has a nice outdoor kitchen but the grill was dirty and rusted. th

Who ever does the cleaning, doesn’t do a good job. Utensils had to be cleaned before I could use them. Spills in the fridge, and the cabinet above the laundry. Nice enough area, just need a bit of better care. Left it better than I found it.
