About this property

This is the first year it has been rented. It's close the end of the main canal so no need to worry about the tide or boat traffic, come and go with no wait.
This rental is for the upper house ONLY, The apartment on the mid-level is not included and may be occupied by the owner. you will have access to the entire upper main house and the ground level decks, also the 32ft long floating dock. There is also a new ice machine, your choice of grills on the ground level. From June 15 to August 15 the nightly rate is $450 per night with a 5-night min. Any other dates the nightly rate is $350 per night with a 3-night min.

Spring Fishing Trip

This is a great property with a great responsive owner. House is well stocked and well appointed. Will definitely be back.

Great Location and Great House

William's place at the end of the canal ( short ride to fishing) is a great location, the house was very comfortable, well stocked, and William went above and beyond.

Fishing heaven!

I'm almost hesitant to say how much we enjoyed staying and fishing out of this place for fear it'll become too popular! Truly one of the best experiences we've had in Keaton Beach. William is a fabulous host and a genuinely nice guy. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say the location is ideal, the accommodations are perfect and we will be coming back here......repeatedly!
