Casa San Francisco with pool, patio and bbq grill
Relax with your family at Casa San Francisco. The house is located downtown of La Paz, 7 blocks from the Malecon (900 meters, an 11-minute walk). The house is new and has a pool (no heating system for the pool), terrace, barbecue grill, fiber optic internet, 2 bedrooms, TV room, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a big garage with electric gate. A suburban fits perfectly in there. We don't use gas, our home appliances are electric.

Hi, I'm Francisco Peña, married to Amelia and we have two daughters. We live in La Paz, Mexico. I'm a photographer and filmmaker.
Why they chose this property
We bought this land in 2012 with the idea of building our home, but decided to build Casa San Francisco instead. After years of hard work we finally launched this house almost 2 years ago and have welcomed people from all over the world since. We personally receive our guests and love finding ways to make this home better. My wife and I hope you like it and enjoy La Paz.
